I’m from Seattle where they have a Teriyaki place every 5 feet. So far , this is the only teriyaki place that i’ve ever found in reno that makes decent teriyaki. Fresh vegetables cooked to perfection! The sauce was awesome! The rice was delicious! Customer service was excellent! I’m definitely going back!

Good place for a bite. The food is tasty , many options and variations of teriyaki bowls. Appetizers are good too. We tried the salmon bowls with rice and veggies and chicken with noodles and veggies, egg rolls were big and crunchy, I liked the simple salted edamame. It took them long to prepare the food, but it was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and polite.

On 10/2/2024 , I visited TERIYAKI MADNESS for my first time in life out of all existing locations.
I visited this new location on North Virginia Street in Reno and ordered a Junior Orange Bowl that included Orange Chicken, rice, and vegetables for $10.39.
The restaurant was well organized and clean, ready for guests to dine in with sauces at each table.
My cashier was Melanie, and I give her a 5-star rating for both her customer service skills and work ethic. If no orders or customers are at counter, I saw Melanie cutting boxes, restocking supplies, and cleaning the lobby.
I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will now be a returning customer after my first visit.

I order food for medical offices in town very frequently. I ordered from this location yesterday through the app for a group order of 13 ppl for today. I showed up a couple minutes early and not only was my food ready on time but it was perfectly packaged and had all the sauces and utensils in a box and ready. They even offered to carry it to my car! This never happens at other restaurants! Typically, orders aren’t correct and they are hardly ever on time! Not only was the service excellent but the food is good quality and flavorful! Very happy customer! I highly recommend Teriyaki Madness!!

I don’t usually review places but this place is top notch. Staff is super friendly and they take care of the little things like making sure you have napkins, cutlery, sauce, etc. The food is great, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Way better than similar restaurants because it seems like they make their food with love. Whenever I don’t feel like cooking dinner this is one of my go to spots.

The food was very good. My only complaint is that I asked if there is a lot of meat in the dish and was assured there is. There was not. I would come again but definitely order double meat.
Edit: Came back after the reply from Teriyaki Madness. Asked for double meat, they charged me for double meat, still lacking. Very disappointed. I’ll post a picture.

My last visit was very dissatisfying. The person checking me out didn’t seem thrilled to be there. My food was missing the veggies I asked for. Then it seemed like a huge bother to them to give me sweet and sour sauce for ragoons to then only give me one. Typically the food here is amazing and when they first opened I had great expiriences. But the last 3 times I’ve came I’ve had similar issues and decided to put the word out there.
