As always, I had a great experience at Arby’s. The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was consistently good. This location never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be back. And of course, the curly fries are amazing — they’re the best!

Today’s experience was one of many over the last 10 plus years. Today I decided to post a review as ive been noticing the outside of the building and parking lot conditions getting worn down and reflecting its time for improvements again and the difficulty to access this store from highway.
The staff in the drive through were good and the small snack i ordered was good and exactly what to expect.
Kinda bummed that the Chicken Cashew was no longer on menu. The staff informed me it has been discontinued for years. Looking forward to it returning…
All in all: this Arby’s location is a good one and I will continue to support with my buisness.

Nore I think thats how you spell his name was extremely rude to me. I feel like it was a racist thing. I didn’t do anything wrong but the moment I came inside he was looking at me rude and have a problem with me. On top of that the place is dirty. I never had issue here before until now. He the elderly white guy with glasses, and gray/white hair on his face. Very unprofessional.

Rihanna is horrible…she’s rude, short.
Basically yelled NAME after I ordered.
Fingers inside of the cup she slammed on the counter…that’s rude and a health code violation, and extremely gross.
Basically tossed my change at me.
No greeting.
Absolutely no personality.
Made for a unpleasant visit.
I ordered a French dip and asked for fork and knife, got 2 knives.
Very unfriendly.
Very unprofessional.
I’ve worked in retail for many many years and no one I’ve worked for would tolerate the way she behaved.

If you’d like to know how it would be to have wet cat food on a sandwich, then order the steak sandwich here. They don’t make it like this at the other Arby’s, but apparently here they do. All sauce and tiny mulched flecks of meat. like creamy friskies.
Imagine being super hungry and the next moment being nauseous after you recieve the plymouth Arby’s cat food sandwich and then paying more than you wanted to spend because you were super hungry and couldn’t wait the 35minutes to get home. blech.

Paid for what i ordered but got 2 beef and cheese subs instead of the greek gyro and fries i ordered. Saw this guy yelling at the window cashier who was supposed to give me my food doing hand motions about how to order the bags so the right one gets to the right person it seems. Guess i wont be going here again.

Came here when it wasn’t busy. Guy in front of us took at least 5 minutes of time talking to the cashier, so I wasn’t impressed to start with.
Ordered our food and the order came out missing a sandwich but it also had an extra un-ordered sandwich. So we got a sandwich for free.
I really dig Arbys food and this location was no exception. The staff here were friendly but they messed up on our order which wasn’t extreme to begin with.
Would come again but maybe just through the drive through. I think they served 6 cars in drive through while we waited to make and receive our one order.
