Gross food. The “fried” rice was just a soggy over cooked mess, and the “vegetables” were nothing more than a pile of bland cabbage with a sliver of carrot thrown in here and there. The chicken was dry and not cooked to order, was only made edible by dousing it with the teriyaki sauce. Had to immediately wash my hands after picking up the sauce bottle as it was covered with sauce on the outside. Waste of $16

On three different occasions I’ve gone in between 8:15-8:30 and have been told they won’t/cant prepare anything for me. Admittedly they close at 9:00pm but its a fast foot place… not a sit down resturaunt. The staff gave me a severe eyeroll and have excuses such as “we are out of chicken” and “I can’t cook it for you before close”. I enjoy the food for a quick and easy meal but the service here as been abysmal.

Staff was super nice and the food was quick to come out. Space was clean. I felt the food was overpriced for the quality. You get a decent amount of food but the taste was dissapointing. I got a large bowl with double protein so that I could try 2 different options. I went with the basics for the base, white rice & the veggies. The majority of the bowl was the rice, it was fine, the veggies were actually done very well, still crisp, not wilted. I opted for the teriyaki salmon & katsu chicken for my 2 protiens. I really wanted to like these and based on the great teriyaki smell wafting through the place, my expectations were high. The katsu chicken was ok, just a little tough. The salmon was cooked to death, dry, dry, dry. My daughter had the orange chicken and she said that was good. We also ordered some pot stickers and those were good as well. Maybe stick to just their teriyaki chicken. These other 2 options were not great. $30+ for 1 reg bowl, 1 large bowl, and 1 pot sticker order, no drinks. Not worth it in my opinion.

I typically only like to leave good reviews but Wow chicken was raw and old and gray, so I feel like I need to warn people so they don’t get sick. It tasted fowl, threw it away before I could finish the bite for fear of getting food poisoning from old or undercooked chicken. The salmon was definitely a few days old. The rice was mush, not rice. And there were maybe two veggies. They say they are fresh but that is most definitely not the case. Never going back.

I ordered all veggies with chicken teriyaki. Paid an extra $1:00 for the veggies . My bowl had very few veggies and my chicken was like rubber. I threw the chicken in the trash and ate the veggies. It was too far for me to drive and return it. My husband ordered all veggies and teriyaki salmon. Paid an extra $1:00 for the veggies. His bowl had about 6 pieces of veggies and the salmon was way overcooked. He was able to eat his. I sent an email to corporate through the app but have gotten no response.

Wednesday night 745 and restaurant was full and a few of us in line, lots of people just waiting for their food. Should have been my sign to leave but I had hope and was hungry. The cashier enjoyed his phone more than customers and apparently the main cook was out on break longer than expected. I don’t plan to return because it wasn’t worth my time to sit there and be so annoyed by poor work ethic and wait 30m for food…oh and cashier was on his phone when he handed over my food. Order was right…so that’s why I give 2 stars. Hard pass.

I got the Salmon Teriyaki on vegetables and was very disappointed. The picture shows a bowlful and my portion was barely half full. The salmon was tough and overcooked and the vegetables were mostly greens, a few pieces of broccoli and cucumbers. Actually left still hungry after a $12+ meal.

I love teriyaki, but this wasn’t good. Everything was extremely salty, even the tofu. The rice was so overcooked it was pasty, and the beef and a weird grainy texture and so much sauce on it. I couldn’t finish which was so disappointing after I direct $18 on a bowl and a drink not including the tip. The service was quick and friendly and the veggies were good.

You know the best way to determine how clean a restaurant’s kitchen is? Look at their restroom. Well, I didn’t need to go that far to be disgusted. Came in at about 8pm on Saturday night. One friendly male taking orders and 3 or maybe 4 people hiding in the back area cooking. Said front end employee had a cigarette tucked behind his ear, trash overflowing by the front door, napkins on the floor in the dining room, tables needed to be wiped down and bottles of teriyaki sauce on tables all sticky. I can’t believe that after viewing all that I still ate it. It would make much more sense to make the lobby priority #1 over speed in the kitchen. I would have gladly waited an extra few minutes for my food if I saw them taking some initiative elsewhere. Do not recommend you eat here.

I brought my food home and I really liked it but then I started seeing these black pieces in the broccoli. I needed up not being able to eat any of the veggies because there was so much of this black stuff. I am assuming it is pieces from the pan it was cooked in.
