Wife and I went here tonight and loved it. I got the 2 protein with spicy orange chicken and spicy steak with the base beings vegetables. Serving size was awesome and tastiness was amazing. Wife got the teriyaki tofu with steamed vegetables and she loved it. The owner was so nice and helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back here as it has such good helpings and food that we both love. They also have one of the most creative fork and chopstick combo. We really did enjoy it. Lol

The spicy chicken teriyaki with rice and all the veggies, was delicious. The crabrangoon looked like fried tacos, regardless they are good. The cashier was friendly and asked me about my day. It was a pleasant first experience. I will go back to get more in the future!

PROs: Great location. Plenty of parking. Indoor seating. Clean and organized establishment. HS age cashiers and each experience we encountered with them were friendly and professional. Food is great! We appreciate the foods presentation and taste. Although it is fast food but it’s not presented as such nor is it fast food slop quality. The price is equivalent to fast food but Teriyaki Madness is wholesome and fresh. Khalid, forgive me if I have the owner’s/mgr’s name incorrect, was very hospitable and made us feel welcome.

If you’re looking for a place that is welcoming, smells good, and has great people working there you need to visit Teriyaki Madness. I don’t know a lot of places in the area that serve teriyaki but I will say this place is the best in the area. My order smelled so good once it was prepared. Warm and healthy after a long day and workout. I was great led by the cashier who was really nice and helpful in my choice that night. He even took the time to ask question about how I was doing today. Which really goes a long way in my book. The place is laid out nicely and clean. I definitely will be coming back to try another teriyaki bowl. I think the salmon bowl is my next bowl to try.

I eat here all the time. They’re always fast, food consistent and filling. I placed a pickup order recently on their app: full veggie sub broccoli with spicy chicken and an extra sauce for pickup. My husband who had never been there picked the order up and noted how polite and quick they were as well as the order was ready to go upon his arrival. When I got the order I noticed it was missing the extra sauce and the dish was a bit “drier” looking than usual. Honestly it was fine. It wasn’t how it usually is but it served its purpose. Here’s where they exceeded in every way possible. We finished our dinner and I got a survey request via text. I completed it and mentioned the above. By the next morning I had gotten a text message apologizing profusely for the experience and the offer to make it right. Mind you the food is fine. We had leftovers that will be dinner today. So in no way did it require a do over. I was blown away. But in addition to the text. The store has now called me and profusely apologized and expressed they want to make it right and to their normal standards. How absolutely amazing to have a company that prides itself on their product and customer service to this level. Next time you are picking a quick pick up dinner or need a healthy lunch/dinner spot, I urge you to give them a try. (I didn’t take a picture yesterday so I’m having to add a picture from another visit so the side of sauce is no longer how it comes, they package containers of sauce in proprietary labeled portions)
