I had regular chicken breast Bowl add fried rice to it add 3 oz of chicken breast to it minus the vegetables and I had a made with orange sauce what amazing meal.$15.38. The rice was definitely on 9.7,the chicken all white meat was about a 9.1 ,BUT SOME PIECES WEREVJUST A TAD OVER COOK not many though. The chairs have no problem make me a 350 pound person fell safe .the temp was super hot. This is this is amazing place to come I am getting so. full.highly recommended. What a faboylus place . It’s hard to find on the street it’s on Route 82 but you have to go by city BBQ ..HUGE portions come check this place out if you get it the way I got it you are set to go

Was expecting a lot more. Very overpriced and serving portions are very little. Chicken was so dry had to put so much teriyaki sauce just to get it edible. Noodles was amazing only reason is getting a two star. Definitely will not be returning

Chicken was overrated; rice was wet and mushy (based on other reviews it’s a common occurrence). Also left me with upset stomach. Better off going to the mall across the street. Mall is cheaper and taste better. Save yourself the trip and money.

My first time there today, decided to try. I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies. Chicken was burnt, very burnt,rice was ok not enough veggies and I wish they didn’t put onion in it, actually I was very surprised and had to take all of it out. The reason I didn’t give less stars are the boys who work there, super polite,talkative and helpful- that’s why I didn’t want to complain and make them feel bad as it wasn’t their fault.
I am glad I gave them a try but I won’t be back for sure and another reason for that is the fact they want you to add tip at the checkout after paying $13 for small bowl, I don’t think its right, so tired of it, have the owner pay the employees.

I’ve been wanting to try Teriyaki Madness for a while, and after an early appointment in the area this morning, figured I’d finally get a chance to try the Strongsville location. I walked in at 10:08AM. Door chime went off. Approached the counter with nobody around. Saw 2 employees towards the back. Both looked at the counter and saw me and kept working. After a few minutes I gave a polite *cough*. Employees looked up again, said something to each other, and continued to ignore me. Around 10:12 I asked loudly “Is anyone here?”. Agasin the looked and ignored.
I walked out at 10:15AM with zero acknowledgement from either employee.

Food is pretty good, but the staff just sat in the back talking amongst each other while we stood at the front counter for far too long. Took way too long to make the food.
