If I didn’t have to leave a one star I wouldn’t this place is horrible and doesn’t care about robbing you for your money this is the worst burger place around. I haven’t been to burger King in over a year and I see why I should have stayed away this place will never be a place I eat again and I’ll make sure everyone sees and hears about what kind of trash place this is I’ll be making a personal complaint to corporate about this and even still they probably don’t care about there customers or their business enough to do anything. this is so terrible and poor service I wouldn’t really care if this place just up and closed its doors and kinda hope they do.

Atmosphere isn’t perfect but isn’t absolutely terrible. Sometimes quick with orders but sometimes extremely slow or even out of food. Managers could be better and little stricter. Sometimes people have to pull around and wait an extra 10 minutes before they can get their food. Food is always good, burgers are untouched by any other place I the city.

They actually stopped me in the drive thru near the window while they put out the tea container upside down to, I assume, drain it. Once I got to the window they were sitting it on the counter and before I left began filling it. DO NOT order tea from here – does Bastrop not have health inspectors???

I get to order window and make my order and I stated that I wanted fresh . After waiting 10 min to place the order. I get my meal and take a bite , and this is what I get .A hard piece of old chicken and cold fry. Very disappointed

Decided to try the Patty Melt Mushroom & Patty Melt Bacon. They tasted terrible. Greasy and not freshly made.. Had to feed it to the dogs. I usually get your hamburgers and they are great. Also your onions rings are not like the ones you had before. Your new ones are terrible also. Bring back the large ones.

This late night trip to the King was actually a quick, comfortable, and satisfying experience. There was only 1 person in front of me so no waiting, I ordered beforehand on the app, so I didn’t have to battle with the speaker, hollering out my order, 10x’s, finally getting my food finding that its wrong anyway lol. This experience was totally different The food was actually hot, and right the first time. So I give the King 5 stars & recommend downloading the App and using it. You will quickly find out how much easier and more convenient ordering fast food can be. Thanks
