Food flavor was great. The veggies were crisp, not soggy or raw. The person who greeted me was very inviting. The dining area was clean. I think maybe some sort of low volume music would have put my visit over the top.

I placed an order recently for Jones Valley location. Their online website had some communication issues and after repeatedly calling the person there, he was nice in the beginning, but became sarcastic and told me that I just need to place an order. There were two cards on my page. My 2nd order was showing up as paid and shortly thereafter the original order went through. I contacted person at location and he verbally said he was issuing credit for the miscommunication order. Well he did not and so by I was billed twice for 1 pickup. We disputed and it was denied. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. If a C business lies about their customer service issues, then they aren’t a business you may want to not patronize. $49 donated to them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I suggest you give me a free meal and replace the customer service person

The Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was delicious. I picked white rice and veggies. The rice was cooked perfectly sricky. The veggies included carrots, cabbage, zucchini, and few broccoli. I wouldn’t get the broccoli over the mix veggies. The chicken heat was good but I wanted it hotter. The Mad sauce is hot but has a great flavor. Which is why I poured it all in my bowl. That made it too hot, I should’ve done about half lol.
The Chicken Egg roll is ok. I prefer mine thin. I wouldn’t get this again.
My kid got the teriyaki chicken and wifey got the steak. They both enjoyed their pick. The regular size portions are enough to eat two times but that depends on the individual.
I would definitely come back. Good price, good portions, good food.

My mom and I each got a go bowl and two more for my kids from Teriyaki Madness. It was our first time eating there. The food was awesome and super hot! What made the experience so wonderful was the man that was working at the order counter, W. M. He was very patient and explained all the combo choices to us (we were there before dinner hour), and he even helped us to our car with our food and drinks. Such a great meal and customer service!

Tables looked very clean and the food was very hot! I had their food for the first time the other day and it was fantastic. Affordable and you feel like you’re eating like a king. Chicken is extremely good and juicy. Wonderful experience will be back many many times!

Food is amazing, I get food from here every other day for my diet, but unfortunately customer service is bad. Im not sure what his name is, but hes a tall african american, and always has an airpod in and looks lazy. with all due respect, the way he talks and responds to customers is completely dry and no enthusiasm in his job and mostlt rude. Yes u can have bad days, but customer service with respect must be a big part of your job. I love eating here but new employers with GOOD customer service is a need.

1st ever visit. Got the teriyaki chicken combo & two of the spicy chicken combos. A small, regular, and large. All that came to $50+. The food was so good I couldn’t stop eating it. I loved it! I just didn’t love the price for the amount of food we all got. The egg rolls were ok, it was just the price. I will be back just not often. I recommend this place, service was great!
