Had a lovely dinner here really fun to have the view of ski slope at night. We had the chopped kale salad, wild mushroom arancini (my only complaint was the arancini was unnecessarily salty) I had the trout and my fiance had the power bowl. Both exceptional. For desssert we had affogato and peanut butter chocolate cheesecake which was like a huge Reese’s . Delicious!

Husband got the trout and said it was the best Trout he had ever had but he was still hungry. I had the French dip and it was meh. We love French fries so we were excited to try their specialty fries but . Neither of us ate them and that is saying a lot for us carb loving fans. Definitely worth a trip just skip the fries.

Everything was amazing. The food, the staff, the decor was all on point. We ordered the short rib, the trout, the lamb meatballs, the risotto, the pork cheeks, the panko shrimp, and the gochujang ribs. Each dish was on point, and cooked to perfection. The ribs fell off the bone with delicious marinate, and the trout was moist and boneless. The shrimp was crispy and went perfectly with the sauce.
Our waiter Gabriel (I think that’s the spelling) was extremely charming and accommodating, explaining each dish and giving us recommendations for our stay in Steamboat. When my dad asked for hot sauce, he brought out the chef’s own concocted hot sauce. 10/10 would recommend

Really nice restaurant in Steamboat Springs. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant has a lot of gluten free options. The menu has a key showing which items are safe for celiac which is always amazing. I can’t have any amount of gluten without intense illness. This restaurant is a safe bet if you’re gluten free! Our waitress was Tania. She was very kind and helpful and when I told her about my allergy she said she’d make sure the kitchen knew!

This is a very busy place at 5 PM on a Saturday! Our server was great. I really wanted to love this place but maybe I just ordered wrong. I was excited to see lots of gluten-free options on the menu, but I ordered the special- scallops for $55. There were 4 very small scallops, but I didn’t really care for them anyway. it was on a bed of parsnip that had been overly sweetened. We also ordered the butternut squash custard, but I didn’t realize it came refrigerator cold and didn’t really like that either. If I went again, I would order the trout.

We had a private event for 25 people at Brass and rented out the restaurant. Paul was amazing to work with. Everything went perfectly, the food and service were fabulous. If you have an event for any size of group, this is the place to do it!

Best meal I’ve had in a while. We all 3 had the trout and it was excellent. The Sunday 25% off everything (yes, really) is an insane deal. Incredible service too. I ordered an old fashioned and my mom mentioned she wanted the cherry and our server went to the bar to get two for her. Over and above! Hope to be back!

Came here for my 60 th Birthday dinner after I saw the menu. The evening was fabulous. I liked the open air indoor seating and the vibe of the restaurant. Service was super, the food was amazing. The chef is top notch with his flavors and the presentation a creation of its own. The owner came over to sing HB Day to me with my dessert. We will be back.

Best bruschetta I’ve ever had. Really loved the mojito mocktail and desserts. (Peanut butter cheesecake and banana bread) The service was outstanding. Our table was ready for our reservation early, and our waitress was incredible. My partner ordered the pork loin and I ordered the steak frites. I prefer my steak frites with chimichurri but wanted to try something new. It wasn’t my favorite profile here, but that’s not the fault of the restaurant. The steak and fries were perfectly cooked.

What a wonderful dinner experience we had tonight. We were warmly welcomed at Brass Kitchen. Our server, Gabe was wonderful. He made fantastic recommendations for food and drinks. Our brother-in-law who dined with us, also a big foodie and wine enthusiast, was thoroughly impressed with the wine menu. We had a wonderful evening with our family here and highly recommend this restaurant.
