Used to eat here all the time as a teen and in my early 20sand it was great. Went today and never again. The meat was completely different quality. All fatty slime pieces. I could not even eat it..

My taste buds are still thanking me for the amazing meal I had tonight from Teriyaki Japan in Warner Robins, GA! Seriously, this place is a must-try. The Teriyaki Chicken was out of this world, and I can’t even tell you how good the spring rolls and fried dumplings were. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal this perfect. So happy you can also order delivery with Uber Eats if you don’t want to leave the house. 5/5 stars!! I’d give them a 10 if it would let me #TeriyakiJapanWR #EatLocal #GeorgiaEats #Delicious #UberEats#TeriyakiJapan #WarnerRobinsGA #SupportLocal #Foodie #DinnerGoals #WarnerRobins #FoodReview #SupportSmallBusiness #Yum #BestDumplings #SpringRolls

The appetizers were fine. Pot stickers were yummy, spring rolls were crispy.
The teriyaki vegetables needed yum yum sauce, extra soy sauce and duck sauce – couldn’t taste any teriyaki sauce at all. The fried rice was mixed with the vegetables which I believe are carrots, cabbage, and broccoli, and possibly onions. The medium sized serving was very generous. A side of teriyaki sauce would really help here.
Teriyaki chicken was tender and moist, but also lacking in teriyaki flavor. The lo mein noodles were well cooked. The raw veggies we’re okay but limp due to being in styrofoam next to hot food, I’d have preferred them mixed in with the noodles and cooked. Again the medium sized serving was very generous. A side of teriyaki sauce would have been great if available.
I have a major problem with the yum yum sauce. I had to pay extra for it and the menu said it would be 2 ounces. It came in 2 ounce souffle cups, but none of them were close to being full. If you say it’s 2 oz., fill up the cups! It cost you a star.

Great little mall spot. We stopped in the galleria and ended up eating there and on the way home! Huge portions, freshly cooked and everything was tasty! We got the noodles, chicken and veggies. What a pleasant surprise in the mall! Thank you for a good meal!!!

I ordered the Teriyaki beef with fried rice and vegetable. Unfortunately, I had a fly cooked in my food. When I took it back the owner didn’t show any remorse. She didn’t apologize for the fly being in my food. She used her finger to turn the fly over several times before giving me my refund.

“Menu-trickery” is what I call it! I’ve never seen an item listed as a combo that gives you less than a special and doesn’t come with a “drink”??? Which is the “trick” that was done to me this past Monday. I ordered a Chicken & Shrimp combo $7.99 and was charged $9.38? I was perplexed so I asked where is my soda and why so much? I was told the combo includes the “Rice, Chicken, Shrimp & plate”….no Drink in a manner in which he almost spoke no English. Mind you the special was $7.75 with no Shrimp + a Drink? I still decided to give them a try despite this. After receiving my order and opening the lid, the chicken and shrimp looked overcooked. After tasting I was correct. I tossed it around a bit but decided it wasn’t satisfactory to my taste. I returned to the counter and told the cashier I wasn’t satisfied with my order and wanted it remade without burning the meat. I was told by the cashier who previously couldn’t understand Engish…”no refunds and you ate some of it”? I have no criminal record and I’m a law abiding citizen…so to keep my record in tact I politely closed the lid and left it on the counter. I will never, ever place an order from one of these places unless I’m clear on what I’m getting, what I’m paying for, etc. But 100% certain I, nor my family will ever patronize this place in the future. I work too hard for my funds to just be tricked and bamboozled plus good customer service can make even an unsatisfactory visit…”understandable”:-(

The hibachi chicken with fried rice is so good. The hibachi steak is a bit tough. Each meal comes with yum yum sauce and it’s pretty good.

The fried rice was mushy white rice with no veggies in it. The habachi or yum yum sauce is watered down and flavorless. The tray was mostly steamed veggies; carrots, cabbage and onions that caused steam and thus the tray was full of water. I wasted a whole thirty dollars on food I couldn’t eat. Never, Never Again!!!! Shame on You Teriyaki Japan!!!
