I have been coming here for lunch for months now and usually the service and food are amazing. Today however the service was a zero. There was a new girl at the register and working the phone. She first put me on hold for almost 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. Once I finally was able to place my orders I placed 2 separate orders at the same time. When I arrived I was told we had to wait 15-20 minutes for it. Mind you it had been 30 minutes since the order was ready. I paid for my food and my coworker paid for hers, and then was handed all of her food. She had 3-4 more items than I did and yet her food was done. 4 customers in the restaurant all got there food before I did. When I finally got my food there was no apologizes and when I asked for sauce I received an eye roll and them handed to me with so much attitude. I have NEVER had this experience here. Usually the 2 gentlemen and lady who work the front are so friendly, polite and patient. That’s the complete opposite of what I received today

I think they’re dinner is better than lunch This is my first time getting this dish and I’m not very satisfied The noodles are bland The meat is soggy doesn’t even seem like it was grilled I did order a side of the pot stickers though those were delicious but for the most part I really like this place. I have been here three different times This is the first time I’m not overly excited. I think I am going to stick with ordering dinner.
