Absolutely love this place! The ramen is incredible. rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings every time. You can tell they really care about quality.

We were pleasantly surprised on how good the food were here. This is a brand new stall at HMart food court. Their tonkotsu ramen had an amazing broth, that wasn’t too thick or too thin. It was very flavorful and the noodles cooked just right. We also had the chicken yakisoba and karaage. Both were also delicious. We highly recommend trying this place out and let’s help support the small businesses in Carrollton.

Advertise $10.99 ramen but then charge your $3 for the meat? Never seen that before. Got my food though, and my egg was cold and still a little frozen. Ramen was a little cold. Broth was just meh.

Enjoyed lunch at this new ramen place inside Hmart food court. I had the tonkotsu ramen with a side of corn cheese and my sister had miso ramen with a side of shrimp tempura. The staff were friendly and the food tasted really good. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Had the most delicious teriyaki noodles here! And the chasu pork was so good! Noodles in the ramen were not the best, but the broth of tonkotsu ramen was very good! Definitely returning to try more items from the menu
