Service was great, food was fresh, they were quick with getting my food done too. When I go to a McDonald’s and want anything with bacon/to take something off like onions for an example, I have to go sit on a parking spot and wait 5-15 minutes when I use the drive through. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but it gets annoying when you have to stop in at these kinds of places to grab food for yourself and/or others on a normal basis, especially since it’s normally while I’m on lunch for my overnight shift, waiting a almost 20mins for the food to have 10 minutes to eat it sucks. If I wanna wait as long and pay the same amount as a restaurant, I’ll go to a restaurant then. Also noticed their food I can get a medium meal and feel full like I had real food, where as Mickey D’s I can get a large meal and an hour after eating it feel like I didn’t eat at all. (I work from 845pm till 8am and have to drive all over to do jobs. There’s not a lot of places open on my lunch break, you guys are a savior for me and my crew, especially realizing going to you guys means we’ll actually feel full most of the night).

I ordered a cheese burger and two boxes of chicken fries. I didn’t get my cheeseburger and one of the boxes of chicken fries only had 4 chicken fries in it. I can’t eat any of this because I’m pretty sure someone already was. I received my bag stapled shut. When I called the manager she told me that it was impossible, she was extremely rude and even hung up on me. Hope this reaches her upper management

Slowest establishment I have ever been to. This is not fast food. This is wait 10 for them to take ur order and another ten to serve it and there wasn’t even anyone online at the drive thru in front of me

10% of the time, it’s okay. 90% of the time, it’s terrible. Buns are dry… fries are old, cold, and soggy… half the time when they ask you to “pull around to the front” they forget about you and you have to walk in to remind them you’re waiting on food. I swore off BK for life after my last experience – every bit of it was totally inedible. The fries tasted two days old, no hint of salt or heat. The burgers were so dry and tasteless. The soda was only brown liquid with some watery ice, barely any seltzer and no syrup at all – and for THIRTY DOLLARS. AWFUL. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… three times… a dozen times? Never again, King.

Beware the upsells. I said no to the bacon and cheese, he repeated my order…and It still showed up on my bill and order. Had to scrape it off and pay for items I didn’t want.
