The food was outstanding, with steaks cooked exactly as ordered and sides that were just as impressive. The service truly made the evening shine. The General Manager, Jenna was incredibly warm and engaging, taking the time to chat with them and make them feel genuinely welcomed — not just like another table. You can tell she takes pride in running a place where guests feel valued.
It meant so much to both of them, and it’s absolutely somewhere we’ll continue to celebrate special moments.
The Crystal Ballroom was stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making sure every detail was handled seamlessly and that our guests felt welcomed and well cared for. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with many guests commenting on how much they enjoyed it.
Jenna went above and beyond to ensure the event was flawless, and her professionalism and warmth made the experience stress free and genuinely enjoyable. We are so grateful to her and the Teresa’s Prime team for helping us create such a memorable celebration. We would highly recommend Jenna and Teresa’s Prime to anyone planning a special event.
What really impressed me was the service. The staff was attentive and professional all evening, and the GM, Jenna personally stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed.
It made the night feel effortless and memorable for both of us. I’ll definitely be planning another date night here.
The service was exceptional all evening, and the GM, Jenna even stopped by to make sure our night was going perfectly, which was such a lovely touch.
It truly made our Valentine’s celebration feel special, and we can’t wait to come back.
Lauren got the ball rolling, Robyn joined shortly there after and Jenna was exactly what we needed in the last few months of planning and the grand event.
Teresa’s packages were exactly what we were looking for and the grounds are perfect for weddings and photos.
The bridal suite was a great added bonus for the bridal party to get ready.
Our server Jeanne made our night memorable by offering us drink specials and dinner specials. I ordered a classic old fashioned and my wife ordered a mocktail. Jeanne had asked if she had any preferences on mocktail, my wife explained a fruit margarita would be nice. Our drinks were awesome. We ordered the calamari (yum!) and the burrata salad (also yum!). As we finished those, we ordered dinner. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our sides were awesome.
We were too full for dessert, but we will be back for that one night!
I felt as prices were fair for the style of restaurant we were at. We loved that they had their full menu available and special and not just a pre fix menu with inflated prices.
Overall great experience for my wife and I!
The food was delicious!!! Seafood was super fresh and prepared well. Steaks were perfection! Au gratin was the best!
Overall, $570 for 4 people was not worth it for the experience.
I agree with the numerous other reviews, the food is not worth the price point. At this price point I’d recommend Mooo Burlington for a good steakhouse in the relative area. I ordered the pork chops and they were huge—unmanageably huge. The plate could barely be lifted and when it was food falling off of it. The taste was of pure vinegar. I understood it was used in the dish and I do like the tart acidity of vinegar but it overpowered the meat. I wonder if someone over poured it ruining the dish. The asparagus was very skinny and small, for again the price point, and what you’d expect at a steakhouse. My partner said his steak was overcooked slightly (med well) but he didn’t mind even if it wasn’t what he asked for (med).
The service—again like the others left something to be desired. Walked in so no reservations on a Wednesday early evening. Initially the hostess was planning where to sit us and 2 waitstaff were next to her. One rather crass in tone said, ‘I’ll take them I’m just standing here and I’d rather make money.’ Felt uncomfortable even if true. The. Adds, my reservations aren’t in for another hour. Well we were sat and there was such a long wait between drinks and her coming back for our orders because apparently her reservation came in early which we knew because she was so loud greeting them, asking how they were, and what they wanted to drink….they were adjacent to us and down 2 tables so not so close we should’ve heard it all. At that point the place started filling up so by the time our order was taken the ticket times would’ve been longer. The most important part was our drinks ran dry for a long time, we couldn’t had a larger bill to her benefit if my drink was refilled—especially while waiting.
Atmosphere. The location is beautiful. The dining area is beautiful. The dishes were clean and cups didn’t smell like dirty dishwasher water (I check these everywhere I go). I would go again for drinks at the bar with my partner because the martinis we had were delish, and enjoy the corner of a bar top for a drink but I don’t see us thinking of Teresa’s to dine again anytime soon, no with so many better options—even just in (Pellana Prime) Peabody or (Venetian Moon) N. Reading.
