Order garlic parmesan wings 6 of them at $8.99. The wings were unbelievably small not much meat on them not much flavor compared to what they used to be or at least compared to the one on Taylor South . Poor value for the money will not be going back to that location.

Got hung up on 3 times before even speaking with someone. “Homemade Italian dressing” looked like pink lemonade and but with more water. Nothing was packaged well and the dd driver waiting 20 min for our food.
Update: I will clarify because you want to assume I gave you a one-star review because I had to wait 20 extra minutes for a pizza. I remember Teresa’s pizza being amazing, The pizza was fluffy delicious, the cheese was cooked nicely, salads crisp and dressing flavorful and there was good service. For the record I gave the food two stars service one star. I’m not sure why I didn’t get a “sorry about your experience response” like you gave so many other one star reviews but it’s clear we both want me to take my business elsewhere.

6/21/2024 I will never go here on a Friday evening again. 1st of all, it was hotter in there than it was outside. 2nd of all, the young lady told me 4 more minutes on my order, then she proceeded to tell the 5 people behind me the same thing. I’m no mathematician, but I knew that didn’t add up. So, 17 minutes later, I ask for an update. Again, 4 minutes. I asked if she was sure cause the last time she told me 4 minutes 17 minutes ago. Finally, I received my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. The pizza was amazing. The cheesy bread was trash I’ll definitely return for the pizza, but maybe on a Tuesday or something or not at all. I’m big on good service. While the young lady was nice, her standard answer of 4 minutes to everyone was recklessly faulty. It’s too hot to play those games!
To be clear, waiting was not the issue. Being told 4 minutes when it was clearly 20++ minutes is where my issue lies.

1st, my old fave changed pepperonis, so I was forced to find a new spot. I’m sharing this story with the guy at Teresa’s, and he tells me people always compare them to my former favorite. Except, Teresa’s is better!
Well, obviously, I don’t believe him, and I think he’s just blowing smoke. I digress. I ordered. OMG, it is delicious! My guy didn’t lie. As a matter of fact, he under-sold his pizza. I’m a regular now.
I regret not having pics. But if there’s a review to trust, this is it! Go! Order! Now!

We’ve been ordering from Teresa’s Pizza on Mayfield for over a year.
Every single order has had excellent food. Not once did I catch them with bad cooks in the kitchen! Once, the crust seemed underdone, but that is EASY to fix!!!
Today, we scheduled our lunch order so they would get it upon opening at noon. They made our food AND delivered it 5 minutes before they were even open!!!
We’ve mostly had pizza, but their meatballs, pasta, regular wings and boneless wings, salads and subs. All winners!

I usually don’t post reviews but this time I feel like warning people about this place. The food really isn’t that bad like others say, at least not in my experience. The service and the wait times are just awful. Staff members are rude and entitled specially the manager, they ask you to come to them if there’s something wrong with your order but if you do they give you an attitude. It seems like they hire young staff to save money and the manager isn’t really accountable over them and simply rude. There’s other pizza places in the area with better customer service and quality

Ordered a pizza and salad for a few of us (we work in a school). After the order had not arrived, I called the store and was told by the manager that there was no delivery that day and he had called and I’d silenced his call (again, I work in a school and my phone is silenced). He said it had gone right to voicemail. I asked if he had left me a message so I would know the food wasn’t coming. He said he was too busy. I said again he should left a message so we all would have known the food wasn’t coming. He said “you ALL…it was only one small pizza and a salad…you’re exaggerating.” I said there should be some compensation for the problem, he said I should “accept the fact that he was busy.” It was absolutely rude, appalling ~ absolutely no apology, nothing. We frequently order from this store, but will not be doing so anymore. Whoever made this guy a manager needs to rethink the hiring process.

Been a customer of this location for over 12 years. Ordered a deluxe. I can say under new management the pizza is better tasting not that it wasn’t good before. It was good but this is better. I grew up on Augie’s Pizza and this locations pizza reminds me of Augie’s.
