I have ordered Teresa‘s pizza for 30 years in almost every location and for most of that. It has been my favorite pizza establishment in the greater Cleveland area however, for the last year, their pizza quality has plummeted a compared to McDonald’s food. I know I’m not gonna like it before I order it, but I have to eat and I only have so much time.

Grew up on this pizza. We make the trip from Medina to Maple a few times a year to get our fix. We prefer double cheese, light sauce. Just got it again today and it’s as good as it was in 1989. Yes, you aren’t allowed inside but do you blame them? They said it themselves, look at the area! They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays currently. Recently their dough machine broke so the owner has had to order the dough while waiting for the new one. That makes the dough a bit thinner right now. Thank you Teresa’s Pizza for still being around!!

Ordered a large deluxe and some cheesy garlic bread. Had a late night so got it delivered. Placed order in at 6:14pm did not receive the order until 7:45pm. Food is cold, large pizza is a dominos or Pizza Hut medium. The cheesy garlic bread is a 6” sub cut in half with some cheese on it. $33 later not satisfied. Can’t call them because they don’t pickup their phone. If they spent less time picking out Christmas wrapped design pizza box and more time on quality control it might actually be a 2 star pizza place. Oh and I don’t want to forget we live less than 10 mins down the road. Tried calling them to just pick the food up but again never answered.

I ordered a pizza from here it was good but the reason I ordered was bc I had previously went up there and purchased a single slice of pizza which was absolutely delicious! However when I ordered my large pizza it was nothing like that and it bothers me lol but it was still good just no where near as good. Also they don’t have warmers so make sure to be on time picking up your food

The guy at the counter taking orders is not friendly or welcoming at all. Almost as if you are a bother to him. As I placed my order as a walk in. Had No menu’s told to look it up online. The pizza was so greasy and the crust was not done. Just a greasy mess. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

If I could give them no stars I would! Pizza is extremely greasy, no flavor, and SMALL. The medium is fit for a toddler. You could get better service and meal at Dominos or Little Cesars. Disgusted with how the workmanship is on this pizza. Sloppy, sloppy , sloppy! Pizza isn’t even cut thoroughly. Highly DON’T recommend!

We order thin crispy crust Hawaiian pizza and doesn’t even have toppings in it..all you can taste is marinara sauce they cover it with cheese so you couldn’t tell that no toppings only a few pineapple and that’s it. And not even thin crispy crust…dont waste your money here… Domino’s Hawaiian pizza much better I guess

My only complaint is about size. XL pizza not as big as I remembered but I read the reviews so I expexted as much but from my experience the guy who took my order was polite and told me 30 minutes. The lady that took my money was friendly, and my pizza was done on time and ots good . Maybe the past reviews encouraged change to be made. Idk but Im mostly pleased.

Teresa’s used to be the best in the city. I havent had it in 2 years until today and i regret it. The sauce is horrible, the sausage doesn’t taste good, and they barely give you toppings. This was a sausage and ham pizza…. do you see any ham? There’s about 5 chunks on the whole pizza. The special was an 8 cut 2 topping for $15.
