I love this restaurant. I have been eating here for about 15 years. My favorite dish is their grilled chicken salad with their amazing lime dressing that I can drink like champagne! It is huge. Not sure how they did it but their prices seem to be pre-Covid. Their shrimp burrito is really good also. When somebody else gets fajitas and I smell it, I’m always sad that I didn’t order it. Try not to get stuck on a couple of dishes and eat your way through the menu. You will not be disappointed.. They have great takeout. They always put chips and salsa in the bag no matter what you ordered. I like to watch soccer at the bar while I’m waiting for my food. I promise you a good experience. It does get very busy and I like to go early. Enjoy

This is the best Mexican restaurant of all-time and it is miles ahead of every other Mexican restaurant that I have ever been to in terms of the deliciousness of the Mexican food and so many other aspects. Side note, Tequilas has the most amazing guacamole that I have ever consumed! Really overpriced for the quality of food. Ordered a couple of tacos to eat and some to go. They forgot to add what was suppose to go on sauce wise. Very flavorless, meat was severely under seasoned, barely had the barbacoa taste it’s suppose to have. Very dry too. don’t know if it was an off day because people say this place is good. But there are way better places in gastonia for Mexican food that tastes better and cheaper. Do not recommend.

Went here for the first time. I ordered the grilled shrimp salad & a shrimp taco. Both were absolutely delicious. Shrimp was a little more done for my preference but overall very tasty. Loved the chips & salsa as well. Will definitely visit again.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The queso dip, beef tacos and beef burrito was hands down so freaking good. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food here was amazing! We went on a busy Friday or Saturday night and they were able to seat us in 10-15 minutes. The chips and salsa were delicious. There were a lot of options to choose from and the prices were affordable. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish tacos. I would go back again for more great food!

The atmosphere is nice, inviting. The service is average. The food is flavorless. The red sauce may as well have been tomato sauce. The rice tasted like oil and the meat and beans had no flavor whatsoever. There was nothing mixed in with the beef, no onions, peppers nothing. The beans were of course topped with queso sauce, and still flavorless. Seems to be a really popular place though, especially for families.
