Mama’s mission is to share all her world travels in one fun-funky dining destination. Whether you’re in the mood for Mexican, Asian, Latin American, American or something in between, Mama has something made just for you using her all-time favorite taco as a way to share these beautiful flavors. Let’s not forget the TEQUILA. Of course, Mama uses plenty of booze in her margaritas to lighten the mood. On occasion she will even open up the floor for some dancing and entertainment. With the it being my first time at this location I was amazed. The service was great, the employees were all smiles, super nice and friendly along with the astounding food and drink to top it all off. They also have a decent sized menu to choose from. I met up here for dinner with a few friends last night and was pleased! I will definitely come back!

First, we walked in the door. I was a little turned off by the fact that the door was locked. But it turns out they only had time to unlock one of the doors and i picked the wrong one. The hostess put up a tip can as we approached, but seated us happily even though we did not tip. Our waiter was prompt and professional. He took our order and brought our food quickly. The food was delicious. They have QR codes on the table to pay, which is something i love. 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

Fun music and atmosphere. Burrito was delicious and came with black beans side. Veggie bowl had some tasty fried avocado, but the bowl was quite small for $13 veggie dish. It could use some beans in there with the rice and lettuce. Nice staff who fixed a small bill error. House margarita was $9 and a bit watery. I’d come again and try something different.

Always a great experience! Thisnisbpur 2nd time visiting. I ordered the Green Enchiladas (Tinga) & my BF ordered the Mexi Burrito. We both enjoyed our dishes immensely…to the very last bite!

We usually go to the Buford location due to proximity but we recently tried this location and it is just as good! Staff is friendly, fast and the food is always amazing. Love that the atmosphere is vibrant

I ate at tequila Mama’s in Suwanee today.. I don’t normally do reviews but I felt compelled to do so today because of the great food and kind service. Our server was Isabella and she was outstanding! Very friendly but also very efficient. Everyone we came into contact with had a smile on their face and there was lots of positive energy in the restaurant. I stopped by Tequila Mama Taqueria during a lively jazz fest in the center square, which definitely added to the atmosphere. I ordered the shrimp fajitas and a frozen margarita from the bar. The shrimp seasoning could’ve used a bit more punch, but the portions were generous and served hot, which was a big plus.
The margarita, on the other hand, was excellent—perfectly blended and refreshing. Service at the bar was a little slow, likely due to the crowd from the event, but the staff was friendly and they do offer a military discount, which I really appreciate.
All in all, it was a great experience. Good vibes, tasty drinks, and a solid meal. I’d definitely come back.

Food is delicious. Plenty of parking can be limited at times if you are trying to park exact Lu near the restaurant. Dine in or take out. No drive through. TVs to watch sports. Bar available. Delivery service will have to go inside to pickup. Prices vary. Vegan options available.

Erick is hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out exactly as ordered, and his positive attitude made the entire experience better. Erick went above and beyond, and he’s the kind of waiter who turns a good meal into a great one. If you’re lucky enough to have Erick as your server, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience.
