I had the tamale, enchilada plate with a taco on the side. They don’t do a la carte tacos, so I had to order a child’s taco plate with rice. The only good things I can say is that the staff is friendly and the manager is nice and accommodating, also the enchilada with the shredded beef tasted good. All the other food needs alot of work to become good. The tamale had decent masa but they only had two strips of pork in it with the consistency and taste of tofu. There was also a couple strips of bell pepper in it, which for anyone who knows authentic Mexican, knows that bell peppers are not a part of tamales. It should be seasoned shredded pork with ahelce dulce. The taco was absolutely disgusting and the meat tasted like it was left out all night. The manager was nice enough to take it off my bill when I asked him. He also apologized saying that they rarely use that meat. My wife had the shredded pork. When I tasted it, it was sour like lemon and had no other flavor.
The good thing that this place has going for it is the presentation. The place is clean. There is alot of room for improvement. All they need is someone who understands Mexican food and they will do better. If I could offer a tip to the ones making the tamales, a great example would be to order a tamale from “La Placita” in Melbourne and study it’s composition. That is an authentic tamale like my Mom used to make.

Ordered table-side guacamole which I highly recommended but is quite pricey at $12. They take the time to prepare it in front of your table and even allow you to customize its ingredients!
Chicken enchiladas & burrito were prepared as ordered and quite tasty. Only negative was the tomato-pastey salsa! Boo!
Also impressed by Sergio, the manager and owner, who frequently visited with guests as we dined! Kudos.
Don’t focus on the negative comments & give this locally-run establishment a chance.

Our food was cold, it took about an hour to even get it to our table. The service was fine, but the wait for the food was ridiculously slow! The price of the food was not worth the taste nor the quality. We were very disappointed! There were two positives, the appetizers were hot and tasted well and the drink specials were decent. Not worth the price for what you get.

Wonderful, and beautifully presented margaritas that were, initially, a bit expensive, but were really nearly four drinks worth, given to us with a glass and a full shaker of liquor. Definitely suggest this.
the guacamole was very good. The food was quite good. Not exceptional, but very good. This place is a good bet for Mexican food on the more authentic side. Especially if you want great drinks.

Dined in for the first time last night with a cousin. Signature margarita was excellent, food was excellent, and Megan, our server, was awesome. I had the carne asada and my cousin had the chicken fajitas. All had good flavor. Can’t wait to bring friends.
Dined in again last night with my mom. My third visit. Something was off. We had two appetizers, the guacamole and the tuna poke. Both were fantastic. Our entrees could have been better though, lacked flavor. Beans tasted like they were canned beans, not fresh. Service was slow as it took forever for our food to come out. We came in around 5 and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Took forever to bring us our check. The last two times I’ve been were much better than last night. I work in the restaurant business, so I really don’t like to write bad reviews, but I liked this place before and I think it’s an issue that management should be made aware of.

Went for dinner with a friend. We were seated in the bar room at one of the two booths to the left of the bar. We ordered the watermelon mint margaritas. They tasted nothing like watermelon whatsoever. We ordered the chicken enchiladas. They were lukewarm at best. The bar was littered with empty drink glasses lined up all along the bar directly opposite my seat and in my view all night. I don’t understand why nobody could clean the glasses or at least not leave them on the counter for 2 hours! I will not be back and will share my story. Service was decent.

A clean nice atmosphere restaurant were we have gone a few times. Service was great and food was ok to really good. Tuna appetizer was outstanding but quesadillas were lacking flavor and crispness. The salsa is horrible but the chips are top notch. Specialty margarita is all ice and very weak and not a good value. Margarita is filled in serving container and is impressive at first look but not much liquid inside, just all show.
