First off. Stacey that works the drive thru is very rude. She is nasty every single time I go to the drive thru with an attitude. 2nd I took my daughter last week to get an egg and cheese wake up wrap I asked for two I was given 1 annoying but fine. no big deal. Then today we ordered the $6 meal deal. Two donuts. Two bacon egg and cheese WAKE UP WRAPS and two egg and cheese WAKE UP WRAPS. Was charged $33 to realize they didn’t give us any wraps and made all sandwich’s…. The lack of caring, paying attention to customers is PISS POOR.

I’ve ordered from this Dunkin numerous times and each time, they’ve had an attitude or rushed me. So I opted to ordering online beforehand and just going to pick up. This morning when I placed an order, they’ve forgot to put everything in my order and even gave me half of a muffin. I’m disgusted and extremely disappointed.

I felt like I was bothering them just pulling up to the drive-through. There was nobody else in line and I don’t think there was really anybody in the store so they were not busy! Needless to say I left without getting what I wanted. Went to a different Dunkin’s.
