This is without a doubt my favorite Ramen spot. The flavor of the broth is perfect, the pork is cooked just right which are among all of the other fresh ingredients. Everything tastes just right and balanced. I’ve also tried the Karage and hands down the best I’ve ever tried. Perfect flavor and cooked to just the right crispiness. You can tell that there’s a lot of thought and love behind every bowl and dish. It really is very satisfying. The “Salty” Chef is a great dude and will come out and chat with you for a bit if he’s got time. His brother handling the front is also a great guy. Now this is mainly a to go spot. The seating is extremely limited to what I believe was 2 small tables and a couple of seats so I wouldn’t always count on there being seats. That being said 2 thumbs way up, you will not be disappointed.

Westwood NJ needs a solid ramen place, and I think this is it. Currently a pop up in town, it boasts a pretty sweet menu. My wife had the pork tonkotsu ramen, and I had the chicken sinigang ramen! Nice Filipino flare in the menu. Prices are reasonable for the area. Definitely a place I recommend checking out!

First time ordering here. Had no clue they were even in town. Ordering their takeout should have come with some instructions. The container they provided appeared to be veggies and chicken, and the other container was the broth. I dumped the container into the bowl and unbeknownst to me… it spilled everywhere. There was a secondary broth bowl on the bottom that just flew out. Poor design and execution. Sorry guys but never again. For $29 do better. Edit: attempted to try the Ramen oddly enough I thought I was picking apart something from a sci-fi movie. The Ramen noodles was a hard, pancake style, dense scary looking thing I ordered double everything double vegetables, double meat and double broth and there was three pieces of chicken and hardly any vegetables. I frequent BOP and sushi for half the price you get twice the food. I’m not sure if this is some kind of joke or something, but this is horrible and needs to be evaluated, fixed if they want to remain in business.

Great place for ramen- the place is clean with great customer service. I recommend the Filipinos sodas amazing flavors and the broth for the ramen was very delicious. I had the tomkatsu with pork all the way and i was very impressed and satisfied, will come back definitely

Ambiance (IMPORTANT NOTE): Tenmomi is known for being a ghost kitchen. Meaning it’s an establishment meant for takeout only. HOWEVER, this Ghost kitchen can accommodate Private small parties with reservation. You will be served by the chef and be able to see him first hand prepping your order. Chef has an amazing personality, and gives you and your party enough space to engage with eachother. It’s a unique, and intimate experience. Perfect for 2 people, and can accommodate more if you reserve! Also! There’s a no tip policy which is UNHEARD OF!
Food: We had the honor of dining in so this experience gave us the freshest and quickly served dishes!
Starting with the trusty old Edamame that was delicious and finished with his signature drama oil and furikake!
Chicken Karaage Bao: The crunch and juiciness of the chicken thigh on this bao bun is worth the buy, ESPECIALLY if you dine in. You won’t get em anymore fresh than that and the scallions just give it a beautiful freshness.
Original Miso Spicy Ramen: So I’ll be honest here. I’m someone who has gone to all the big name ramen spots in the city and i have always left the broth. I prefer lighter broth. This Miso Ramen, I sipped the last drop of broth. The flavor, salt levels were great and the combination of pork and chicken broth give it a lighter feel but retains a just right amout of richness for my taste!
If you’re someone who loves a hearty broth. I STRONGLY recommend the Signature Tonkatsu Ramen! It’s got the exact richness that Ramen lovers crave in a bowl! The noodles on both of them, slurp worthy and cooked to perfection
Overall Service: It’s an amazing meal for anytime of day, and with its doordash, uber eats available it’s quite accessible for ordering! Protip*Best rates are available through his website* Sitting in was really nice (Don’t forget you have to request a time to eat in) service was quick, conversation was great and the food was incredible! Will absolutely do that again!

Our local postman recommended this so we tried and glad we did!
It’s been years since I had a delicious tonkotsu ramen. The soup is very delicious and the noodles had the right texture.
We also tried the fried chicken mazemen, pork bao and the dumplings.
If you are around this area, I highly recommend this place. Just give them a heads up if you want to dine in.
Because you will be sitting in the chef’s kitchen. Which we liked.
Chef is really nice. Very passionate and takes pride of his creation.

We always look forward to catching up with KC at the farmer’s market and getting our usual order. We’re excited for the Tenmomi brick-and-mortar location to open, so we can have a proper sit-down meal and try more of his food (since the farmer’s market has a limited menu).
All hits, no misses. Dumplings and noodles are FANTASTIC.

I use Google maps to search out new & Interesting restaurants and I 100% read all reviews, focusing on the most recent. I Also check on old favorites to see if the keep their standards up. Over the years, in my travels, GMaps has steered me to the Best Eateries, w/o fail, if you know how to interpret the reviews & fully utilize this app.
So take this restaurant, Tenmoni. I have business in this area soon. This is a favorite area for me to eat. I spot this place, see this restaurant & √ out review in depth. Great reviews. Pictures of food, beautiful & appetizing. I’ve almost made up my mind to try it. Then I see a video of someone constructing a Ramen dish. Dish looks great.
Here’s my problem. Hands & Wrists of Chef making the Bowl has ring on finger, wrist watch & jewelry on separate wrists. See my problem. I can’t go to this restaurant. It’s a shame. Food looks sooo Good. I think this restaurant owner should be aware of bad Food handling practices exhibited in the video that will sink him to savvy potential customers.

Ordered dinner from this ghost kitchen. Delivery was about 25 from the time we ordered.
The soups were warm not hot
The noodles were very Al dente! The broth had a good tasty flavor but my egg in the soup was cold inside.
So not sure we we received left over but not worth $18 per soup for the small portions. The bao buns were decent and the chicken kaarage was crispy. a tasty sauce on top with a small piece of cabbage and slice cucumber but nothing out of this world.
Disappointing as my husband finished his meal and was still hungry.
I on the other hand do not care for hard noodles or lukewarm soup.
Can’t give more stars
For atmosphere because it’s only take out or delivery.
