Rice amazing, steak and chicken? Leather. Good flavor but like eating a shoe. Basically overcooked. That is a chef problem more than anything else. If it wasn’t, this would be a solid place but unfortunately not good.

Hibachi take-out style setting. Meat is tasty and veggies are fresh. If the fried rice made with egg will be perfect, but overall, the food is great. Just fyi, the dumplings are not steamed or pan fried. They are fried like the Korean style.

Yummy!!! That’s where I’ll start! I’m original from SC and I’ve been trying to find a restaurant here in NC that’s similar to my favorite hibachi place in my hometown. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was everything I expected! Although it’s not exactly the same, it’s close enough and made my tummy smile. I’ll be a returning customer for sure!

Had lunch at Tenko Japan and really enjoyed it. The food was freshly cooked after I ordered, and everything tasted good. They serve in carry-out containers—even if you dine in—which makes it easy to take leftovers home. Super convenient and a great experience overall!

I usually DoorDash. For the second time in a row, my sauces were left out so I called the store and the manager drove them to my building personally, at his insistence. If it’s not perfect, it will be. That’s exceptional service.
