Staff greeted me the instant I walked in the door. My server was friendly, helpful and attentive. She checked on me periodically and made sure I was good at all times. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Karaage and the Spicy Tonkotsu Black ramen dish (with a few add-ons). The chicken dish was cooked perfectly and had a delightful crispiness that did not disappoint. The ramen was plentiful and had just the right amount of kick. I recommend checking Tenji Ramen out if you’re looking for a good local eatery with authentic flavors.

This was the first and last visit for my wife and me. We ordered takeout due to my wife’s health conditions. Upon digging into our food, we were greeted with low quality ramen containing pork that was tough, had a strange taste, and was even pink in parts. To make matters worse, it was missing the seasoned egg we had paid extra for. Not only did we have to throw away our entire order, but we both ended up on the toilet less than 45 minutes after consumption.

The few staff members I interacted with were very nice. However, the manager’s unprofessional choice to only offer a free appetizer on our next visit was an insulting attempt to ‘make it right.’

I don’t like to leave a negative review without offering an alternative: if you want significantly better quality ramen, I recommend Rockin’ Ramen off Temecula Parkway or if you want the best romin in socal and are in the Carlsbad area visit Gonzo Romen.

I heard about Tenji Ramen from a friend, and their recommendation was absolutely spot on! I visited on a Saturday around 2:30 PM and had no trouble finding a seat. The restaurant is super clean, and the art on the walls adds a vibe to the overall ambiance.

I was excited to see the Gyu-Don (thin beef) bowl on the menu. The waitress was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She took my to-go order right away and even offered me water while I waited. Service was fast, and everything came out neatly packed and ready to go.

The food itself was flavorful. The beef bowl had great taste, though I think next time I’ll ask for a sauce on the side, maybe a little teriyaki, just for an extra punch. I also loved the little touch of including a mint with the meal. Small things like that I personally appreciate.

Their menu has so many tempting options, and I’ll be back to explore more. That beef bowl, that’s my new go-to!

My order took forever and I ordered the seafood soup which was $22 but the only seafood in it was 1 mussel. Definitely not a $22 dish.

This place is Awesome! Most of their appetizers are under $10 dollars so that’s great. I had the katsu curry, which i loved. The Ramen was delicious as well. I also had some Sake, their bottle is like $8. Their service was really nice as well. Overall great service, decent prices cheaper the most places and tasty food.

What can I say, a disappointment in taste. Had tasted better ramens in other places, this so far has no taste. Even the smell of the ramen smelled like boiling pork coming out of the pot. Spices seemed mute. The pork bun has a lot of fatty meat not the meat itself. This place needs improvement in their cooking. The staff are welcoming and courteous.

Good food, service, and atmosphere. You will want to come back after you eat here because of the staff attending you and the quality/quantity of food they give. The only bad thing I have to say is that they sell soda by the can, other than that, it’s a great place to eat.

I just found out about fresh Ramen noodle soups being made at these Ramen restaurants! I love Ramen noodle soup now & Tenji Ramen noodle restaurant in Murrieta CA and believe me it’s fire! They have some of the yummiest Chicken Ramen noodle soup I’ve had! I added some extra egg. Which I love! I just didn’t expect to pay $1.50 for an extra egg!!
I mean I understand that good prices are going up but charging a $1.50 for an extra egg is just a little excessive!! Otherwise everything else was great! I loved the chicken Ramen but my husband’s Ramen noodle dish was even better! Especially with the chili oil and garlic oil that they add too the soup. My hubby just had to add a little extra! Lol.. If you like Ramen Noodle soup then you really should give Tenji Ramen Noodle Restaurant a try! I’m pretty sure you’ll like it too!!

Went here for lunch with family. The staff were really nice and friendly. The service was quick. Didn’t take too long to get our food. Usually I’d get ramen, but was hankering for something different- so I went with the Chicken Katsu Curry. Just the right amount of food, and perfect amount of spice. Fam had a bento box and the Gyudon bowl (both tasted amazing, but the Gyudon seemed a tad smallish). We also split an order of the Koroke which were also delicious, and piping hot. Really nostalgic for me. Definitely gonna go back again (and try the ramen next time).
