Every dish left a memorable impression, beautifully presented and full of fresh, vibrant flavors. The Dalat vegetables and burrata salad were a refreshing start — light, colorful, and perfectly balanced. The beef Rossini was rich and indulgent, with each bite melting effortlessly, and the roasted lobster was simply outstanding, cooked to perfection with a deliciously fragrant finish.
Beyond the food, the warmth and attentiveness of the team made the experience even more special. Thank you Chef Khoa, William, Nhi, and the entire Tempus staff for such thoughtful service and a truly enjoyable night.
We’ll definitely return with our family when we have the chance. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish!
Executive Chef Li Hyun offered us more than a well-prepared dish. His cooking showed a clear respect for ingredients and a quiet confidence that comes from true skill. His warm manner with guests only deepened that impression.
We dined here every evening for five consecutive days during our stay, and each meal was consistently satisfying. One evening, however, stood out in a particularly meaningful way.
We had hoped for a grouper dish, but the menu offered only a steamed preparation. When we asked Chef Li Hyun about a special dish not listed on the menu, he listened carefully and responded with a thoughtful and precise explanation.
The result was exceptional. Using a live grouper prepared straight from the aquarium, the dish allowed us to experience the pure, natural flavor of the fish itself. The skin was crisp, the flesh near the skin had a gentle chew, the belly was tender, and the back was clean and savory. Nothing felt masked or overstated; each part of the fish expressed its own character.
Paired with fresh green mango, the flavors remained clear and balanced, enhancing rather than overpowering the fish. As diners who prefer subtle seasoning, we especially appreciated how the dish preserved the grouper’s original taste.
It was a refined and honest dish—one that reminded us how satisfying food can be when the ingredient is allowed to speak for itself, and for that, we offer our sincere thanks to Chef Li Hyun.
A cozy and welcoming restaurant offering exceptional food made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu features a mix of classic dishes and creative options, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. With attentive service and a warm atmosphere, it’s a place you’ll want to return to for both the food and the overall experience.
“Tempus Fugit” is a Latin phrase that means “time flies”
The restaurant open in the morning between 06:30-10:30 for the breakfast and 12:00-23:00 for lunch, afternoon break and dinner.
The hotel’s theme is a university and the decoration of this room is the studio of Architecture.
We went there for a dinner. Ordered Australian Tenderloin 250g (d1,200,000) good they served with quite a big piece of bone marrow , Pan seared Cod Fish (d975,000) , Phu Quoc mixed seafood. The restaurant also served us a complimentary shrimp fresh spring roll.
There is retro style, full of Asian atmosphere
A very nice beach just right next to the resturant
Dishes is good
Service is good
Will come back again
Food: EXCELLENT. We had breakfast daily and some dinners here. The buffet breakfast is the BEST I have been to. The options are amazing! For dinners, we tried both Vietnamese traditional food (raw fish salad, bun cha, and stir fry noodles) and Burgers and they are all excellent. The price is higher but the portions are really large to share.
Drinks: EXCELLENT.
Service: EXCELLENT.
Atmosphere: EXCELLENT. If possible, sitting outside for breakfast is a nice experience. But it’s a bit further away from the food. So be prepared to walk a bit more. Otherwise, indoor seating is very classy and elegant.
Overall: YES. I would definitely come back here.
We also enjoyed some fresh seafood rice, fried prawn dumplings, and a wonderful cashew beef dish that had fantastic flavor. Don’t miss out on the fish sauce here! It really takes everything to the next level and we can see why its a local & international favorite. Extensive drink menu rounds out the experience, did I mention the décor of this place is off the charts? Almost feels like you are dining in a private museum as there is artwork everywhere, with fun decorations/ theme present from when you walk in. Definitely would recommend !
