Excellent Mexican restaurant at the south end of Salina, near I70.

Nice decor with open welcoming set-up. Excellent presentation of menus with varied options to try.

Friendly, welcoming staff and delicious food.

OMG, the Chile Verde Burrito!!! Huge Flaky tortilla filled with big juicy chunks of pork and rich chili verde sauce. The shredded beef rolled tacos are delicious and seasoned perfectly. This is not fast food. It’s made slowly with love. It’s hard to find because there’s the old pizza sign out front, and the building is set back a bit, but it sooo worth stopping if you’re jumping off I70.

Random gem on our road trip from Zion to Moab! We stopped in hungry and left full and happy. Huge portions, cozy little vibe inside, and it didn’t break the bank. 10/10 would burrito again.

Friendly service, freshly made and worth the wait. Camping in Utah, from California and stopping through for gas on the way to Moab. Got the adobo chicken bowl, very tasty and they have 5 salsas to choose from (mild to super hot). Small unassuming place with limited seating, but so glad that we stopped in and gave it a try!

My wife and I had the Chicken Chimichanga and lime aid drinks! Very delicious! I had jalapeños in mine. If you’re in the area, stop and get something!!

Legit family taqueria. So worth getting off I-70.
A+ salsa.
I lost my room key (In my room, duh,) so my food sat a bit. Regardless, such a reward for figuring that out. Playa Azul plate was great!
Those beans & rice are made, not opened. I weight the sides heavily, and these were tops.
Same with the salsa.
I didn’t ask, it’s evident.

Food and atmosphere are lovely, the people are especially lovely … my daughter left her crystals at the taco shop by accident and her and my husband were driving through to another state. She noticed that she had left them already 4 hours into the road trip , too far to turn back to go retrieve them again. We called and coordinated for the owners to ship them to our door, and with no hesitation they did. They sent back Taylor’s crystals and declined a reimbursement for the shipment. Exceptionally thankful for good deeds and good people. If you want mouth watering, tasty tacos and superb friendly service I highly recommend going there !
