Second time eating here and I still was not impressed. My wife and I were seated relatively quick which was nice.
After waiting for ten minutes without anyone coming to our table I went to the front to ask for a waiter/waitress to come to our table and take our order.
I can’t say the food was bad but The sushi rolls were poorly rolled with rice missing and falling apart and they charged us to have them make one of the rolls with the rice on the outside.
And this is just personal preference but the sauce for my chicken yakisoba was way too strong/rich.

Sushi was bad. The spicy tuna roll was fishy- it did not taste fresh and left a bad aftertaste. The tempura roll was very poorly rolled- pretty much no rice sticking to the outside. The tuna nigiri fell apart when you picked it up- no way to properly dip into soy sauce and eat with chopsticks. The service was slow- I had to stop a different waitress to ask for more water and even then it took a while for it to come out. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was amazingly good (and surprising) but the service was awful. I went there with my boyfriend a Saturday afternoon and they’re weren’t taking take out. Then we ask for sit on a table and they said we need to make reservations. So we said we want to make a reservation this was at 5. Have to make a reservation for 7. Once we were there again,we were looking for sushi. On a Saturday afternoon!!! They have NO sushi!!! Ended up eating hibachi but the waitress take forever and friends came back and check on is forever again.

Food was awesome. We had the sushi and fried ice cream for dessert loved it. The service however was very poor. Waited 20 min for our food and it would have been another 20 with our bill if we didn’t get up and start waiting at the counter. Looks like we are going to try take out from here.

This place is amazing. Was sat by a window overlooking the beautiful snow fall. Service was great and fast, don’t listen to the reviews that it takes an hour for someone to talk to you. Any place during busy hours will take awhile to deliver food. Food was delicious and the drinks are to die for. The world is not going to end if you have to wait for your food, you can spend your time drinking their delicious drinks and conversing with your company while you wait.

This could easily be a 5 star restaurant because they have the best sushi I’ve ever had, but the service is terrible. I waited an hour and a half for one order of sushi and our server was nowhere to be found. Not to mention we waited at least 15 minutes after we were seated to be acknowledged. I would only recommend this restaurant if you plan on being there for a long time, otherwise call ahead and place your order to be picked up.

This restaurant was recommended by family who liked it. We had a terrible experience. They are stingy on their portion sizes, and the food is very basic. Nothing to die for, and certainly not worth the wait. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to come, and when it did, they made no apologies for our wait. (We waited probably close to an hour if not more) horrible service. I have waited a long time at other restaurants. They usually apologize for the wait and offer us something in return. All they did here was put the food down and walk away.
Overall, poor service, and you will probably have to wait a really long time for someone to take your order and for the food to arrive.

Great place to relax & enjoy! Service is very friendly in professional by Dawn and Gwen! dinners are fresh sushi is spectacular! Comfortable summer seating outside seating small & cozy inside. The owner , of Pi, says he will be closing in one week. We are so sad we love to frequent here! Not another sushi place like it in the area! We are so sad!

Giving this restaurant only 3 stars because we just had dinner there with friends we hadn’t seen in while and we were rushed through the whole meal by our server Gwen. We were really turned off by this. Food was just ok not extraordinary for the price. After paying the bill and tipping the waitress she actually said (and I’m not exaggerating) we need to leave because another party wanted our table (we were there slightly over an hour.) There were open tables around us, no line of people and it was a Tuesday night. That ruined the whole meal. If you want to meet friends for dinner go somewhere else. This restaurant (or maybe – server Gwen) obviously wants you to eat and run!
