Tellus & the Satellite Bar is an absolute standout in Northampton. The pizza is phenomenal — perfectly cooked with great flavor — and the fries are just as impressive, crispy and addictive. The crab Rangoon were excellent too — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and a must-order. The drinks are top-notch and well crafted, making the whole experience even better.
Service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is spot on — relaxed, fun, and a great place to hang out whether you’re there for food, drinks, or both.
Amazing food, great drinks, and an awesome vibe. Easily a five-star experience and a place we’ll definitely be coming back to.

I’ve been to this restaurant a number of times for both eat in and take it and I LOVE it. Everything including but not limited to the pizza is delicious. I’ve had the beet salad (sooo good), the cucumber salad (also so good) , fries, all the pizza–Tellus is one of the best spots in the area. Service has always been very friendly. Also they never get my takeout order wrong. Thank you, Tellus!

Had a reservation for a party of 7 on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed and it was a great atmosphere. Wishes I had some photos of the food, but we were too hungry to remember to take photos. Had the cornbread and wings as appetizers, both of which were quite good. For dinner, we got several pizzas and a few people got pho. Everything was excellent. Service was friendly and even though the restaurant was busy, we were taken good care of all night.

Had a great experience here. Pizza was delicious (sausage ala vodka); their take on ramen is unique, it’s not quite ramen but it is good for what it is, almost a sort of a goulash; the egg rolls were delicious and we were happy with the beer and the ginger-honey lemonade. Would definitely return! Great service and relaxed atmosphere, too.

Great place to eat. Pizzas are delicious as are the pork tacos and fries. Besides the food the people understand that eating out is an experience and they have never failed to execute perfectly. If you are looking for the whole package you can’t do better than Tellus.

This is a great, hidden jewel of a restaurant and bar.. Located in downtown Northampton across from the parking garage, it also has outdoor dining available. Reservations are recommended, but there are seats at the bar. The menu is small but mighty, and we enjoyed all of our choices. We started with the bartender creating a cocktail based on some suggested flavor profile, and he made a real winner. We ordered corn bread and cauliflower tacos as our starters. Then, we had a smash burger and mushroom with arugula pizza (aka the Baystater). We finished by choosing the Yuzu cheesecake as our dessert. We agreed that it was all great. I am looking forward to bringing others here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there…

We were able to be seated right away, service was welcoming. The server was very knowledgeable in the foods and drinks. I had the Panda drink which was delicious, the cucumber salad was so fresh and the dressing had a slight spice to it but nothing over powering. The smash burger was delicious, very tender and juicy the Tellus fries were fresh and crisp. The cheesecake was also so flavorful and fresh.
The music was not too loud, I will say the space is a little tight for a party of four on a round small table, but overall a great spot. I will definitely be back.

Only cocktails but expertly done. Delicious. Complex. And definitely could taste the booze ( ive had to ask for extra shots at some bars when drinks are weak or diluted). They’re hosting a party tonight so dropping back for fun!

Such a wonderful and much needed addition to downtown Northampton. Fun and casual atmosphere with a playful menu and very clever food both in terms of flavors and presentation. Drinks were strong and unique. Definitely looking forward to a return trip!
