Today, I had a delicious meal at Tekken Punch. I ordered two California rolls and Teriyaki chicken with white rice. Everything was fresh, made to order, and tasted amazing, and the staff was super friendly, I highly recommend Tekken Punch.

I ordered the crispy beef and when I got it, it looked like a regular beef and broccoli plate. Beef was not at all crispy, did not look anything like the picture on their ordering machine. Also, why did it have broccoli when it did not show that on the menu. I went to the employee and asked him if this was the correct order and he said yes. I feel like they lied because in what world would something thats like beef and broccoli considered crispy? I didnt even like the flavor of whatever they gave me, too sweet and the fried rice was awful. I did like there crispy dumplings which was actually crispy.

Ordered two different roles – one was supposed to have eel and the other salmon. Got home and realized the two roles had imitation crab instead of eel and salmon.

The food is barely edible. I ordered the sesame chicken. The chicken and rice was super hot but tasted aged. After trying to eat it, I took it back to the counter and exchanged it for the tekken rice. The cashier and the manager were extremely nice while I criticized the food.
The tekken rice was good. With the amount of meat and veggies in it, I can tell that the cook wanted to please.

I am livid!!! I ordered salmon onigiri… I waited inside for my order to be completed .. I was in a rush already so I didn’t check my bag .. however I got all the way home and was given SPAM and egg!!! Highly disappointed

The food was super greasy I had to throw it out. Even after drying with a napkin it was still greasy and now my stomach is hurting. I won’t be going back. It’s so unfortunate because I love The Spot and I thought each restaurant would be outstanding because I’ve had others before.
