Tejas Birria was absolutely amazing! Every bite was packed with flavor, like an explosion in your mouth. The customer service was great, and that green salsa… OMGGGG, I could literally drink it!
The consomé was incredible I drank it like water because it was just that good. Tacos had the right amount of meat and cheese and they had perfectly crispy tortillas that red golden, cheesy crust from the grill was amazing If you’re looking for some top-tier birria, this is definitely the spot to check out.
Their aguas frescas were so fresh and delicious my favorite was the watermelon!
Overall, I give this place a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This is the place to go for outstanding birria served in various ways! It’s juicy, cheesy (if you get the quesadilla or quesabirria), and filling! The delicious consommé is the icing on the cake when you drink it down to warm your insides. 10/10 would come here again if I’m in the area.

worth the price!!! i got the pizza birria for $37 not bad at all they stuffed the sliced with a lot of birria and double stacked it!!! they were definitely not greedy like other places! definitely going to be coming back. their salsa is so good and spicy also, everything about this birria pizza was amazing!! my boyfriend & i enjoyed it, thank you!!

My husband and I ventured to the El Camino food truck park today. It did not disappoint! The Burris tacos were so tender and juicy. Delicious! Their agua Frescas were also so refreshing and delicious. Our favorite compared to other vendors in the park. Food was cooked fresh. Go support them! It won’t disappoint.

Atmosphere was nice, service was eh, food was birria tacos were dry and tasteless like they dipped paper in birria consommé and the tortillas were not crispy AT ALL. Tortillas tasted like they didn’t even grill them just raw and hard n chewy. After a small bite my mouth was dry and all the moisture sucked out. The consommé made it no better. The watermelon aqua frescas was worth it everything else was a no for me!

I don’t care if this place is 45min out of your way… make SURE you hit this food truck up if you’re in or around San Antonio!
Employees were friendly and one recommended the strawberry fresca. I originally wanted to try the cucumber lime fresca but I learned they don’t have all of them every day, so don’t get your hopes up on a particular flavor and be open to trying their recommendations! Prices were NOT listed for the frescas – $9.50 per! Phew – I thought it was pretty expensive for a drink at first but when I realized how big it was, that it was made with fresh fruit, and includes all the garnishes/candy, I realized it was a steal!
The food came very quickly and both the tacos and quesadillas were delicious. The green sauce was very spicy for me but I couldn’t get enough of it.
If your google maps tells you you’ve arrived and all you see is an empty gravel parking area and a pink restaurant, don’t worry, it’s there – it’s just BEHIND the pink building! 🙂 walk toward it and you’ll see! Parking is on the street and when we went it was very hard to find a spot even tho the food trucks didn’t seem very busy at all.

Really cool spot! I visited on a Saturday, so naturally there was a bit of a wait. However, I do wish they had a system of announcing when your order was ready because there’s such a big seating area, and it’s impossible to hear when they just yell out the order number. The food was good and fresh. I tried the birria tacos with cheese. I wish they had a bit more spice- especially from the sauce. My friend tried the birria ramen and loved it. Overall a good experience!
