came here February 28th 2026 and placed an order 45 minutes before they closed. pulled up at 9:30 and the lady working was beyond rude and disrespectful, throwing my bag of food down, crushing my chips, rolling her eyes, mouthing things under her breath thinking I wouldn’t hear it. my food was even worse. im beyond disappointed with this experience and quite frankly it ruined JJ’s for me. there was no reason for her to act this way at all.. Ive tried contacting the store as I would like a refund for this experience… im not happy at all

As a Jimmy John’s, this restaurant is always clean and food is quickly prepared. It is a JJ, and overall, it seems they skimp on the meat for the size of the bread. Chips, cookies, and now brownies for sides. Cookies are usually delicious but can be hard at times, but that’s a corporate thing. No complaints here.

Walked in to this location, I was treated immediately with a kind welcoming smile. It’s a gloomy day so instead of walking in hearing complaining and feeling sad or negative; it was warm and welcoming. The two women working were kind and focused on cleanliness and efficiency. Our sandwiches were done and made right before we were done with check out. Love love love this location!

Walked in the Campbell Ln location to place an order. They were out of what I wanted. I chose a substitute and they started making it without asking me what I wanted. I asked what came with the sandwich and they told me. I asked to add other things, and they were out of those too. I went ahead with what they had. They toasted my sandwich without asking my preference. I got back to work and when I tried taking a bite, everything just slid out of the sandwich. It was so overcoated with mayonnaise that it just dripped out everywhere.
It was greasy as well. I won’t go back!

Big props and love to the great folks at this location. Usually you need to give 24hr notice for larger orders. I had an impromptu work thing for us folks who usually telework. I walked in just as this crew was opening and they hooked me up. Many thanks to the Team! They saved my stress and I appreciate them.
