Ok this was our 1st time here. Fresh off the plane. Food was great I had the burger. They had some cucumber/pickles and they were awesome as well. Price was a little high for a burger. But let me tell u our server Aniya I believe her name was made this 3 star review a 4 star. Her service was excellent. Very attentive. Even fixed a little mishap that happened with our order.

The staff is lovely. All of them. The place looks nice and is quiet. I like a place where I can hear myself think.
The bathrooms were clean and nicely designed.
So, what’s the problem you ask?
All the knives were dirty. All the glasses were dirty. It was gross.
The onion rings were lacking in flavor. The fries were lukewarm. Mashed were decent. Burger wasn’t awful. Short rib was ok.
Something needs to be fixed.

We loved this location in Colorado!! We’ve been to many others in different states and this by far has been best. Staff were very friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable of their menu. Our server Charlotte was an absolute charm. Our drinks to our dinner were prepared exactly to our request. Their Delmonico steaks is so delicious and highly recommend ordering them. Prices definitely are worthwhile. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the temperature of the dining room. It was a bit chilly to my liking but other than that, we loved everything.

The Bison Chili and Bison Short Ribs were amazing!! The wedge salad was pretty good but wouldn’t get it again.
The atmosphere was perfect and inviting with dreat decor.
The staff we encountered were not what I expected. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very short and not friendly. He seemed annoyed by everything except for the hostess that he was flirting with and when he made he laugh she snorted.
Happy for them but not in a place of business where the bartender was more out to impress the hostess than his customers.

It was a great experience. They offer a lot of bison options so I tried the bison burger. It tasted good, I had it cooked to their recommended style for bison. Sides and other options were also very good. Plenty of food for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is nice also with Colorado themed decorations and plenty of room. It was a good sign to see 2 other groups waiting outside for the restaurant to open. I would go back and I would recommend to others. I don’t know if bison was any better than beef, you can make your own choice.

Ordered the bison New York strip medium rare, was borderline rare, but very good. The broccoli was great, and the baked potato was as it should be.

We had just flown into Denver from the East Coast and our stomachs were screaming for food! Everything was delicious! From the pickles that they have prepared just for them, to the Smash Burger, Grilled Asparagus, and the Salt and Pepper Onion Rings with the Horseradish Sauce for dipping, it was GREAT! Definitely will visit again! A++++

Nice spot . Close to the airport and hotels. Plenty of parking with Applebee’s restaurant next door. Very clean and warm decoration inside. Booths available in the restaurant area as well as dining at the bar. They have Bison burgers as well as beef options . Wide variety of food and drink options. We were greeted by excellent and accommodating staff. Worth a visit if your in the area.
