I come to this location because it’s the most convenient to my home, but I consistently have the same issue. When I order light ice, the cup is still packed with ice and the drink is nearly gone after two sips. Because of that, I started ordering no ice.
Today I ordered a grande iced banana matcha latte with no ice and was told the cold foam would “sink to the bottom.” I’ve ordered this exact drink with no ice at other Starbucks locations and never had that issue — the foam stays on top and the drink is properly filled.
Instead, the drink I received was extremely foamy throughout and didn’t feel like a full grande. This only happens at this location, which is frustrating.

There is nothing quick about this locations drive thru/service. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to receive your items— it happens to me every time to the point where I would rather go out my way and go to another location with faster more pleasant service and this is the closest location to me. It seems to me like they are simply understaffed. In addition the quality of the drinks are inconsistent which is extremely frustrating.

I am reaching out regarding ongoing issues with my orders placed through DoorDash. Nearly every time I order, items are missing or the order is not completed properly.
I am currently in my third trimester with a high-risk pregnancy, so ensuring my food orders are accurate and handled properly is extremely important. For the last two orders, I called the store directly to confirm that the ticket printed correctly in an effort to prevent mistakes.
During my most recent call, Michael was very rude and dismissive. I understand that stores can be busy, but that does not justify unprofessional behavior — especially when I am simply trying to ensure my order is correct.
At this point, this has become a consistent issue, not an isolated incident. I am requesting that this matter be addressed to prevent further problems and ensure customers are treated respectfully.
Doordash has been contacted as well as this specific store location and no resolution has been made.

I placed the order through the app because this one was on my way to work and I got my coffee and it was the nastiest thing I ever tasted. I wanted brown sugar syrup and white mocha sauce with cold foam and the cold foam melted in two seconds and it had absolutely no sweetness to it whatsoever like I don’t know who made my coffee, but it was absolutely disgusting. I threw it away immediately. Came to this location and ordered through drive thru. I asked for a coffee with pecan flavor and extra sweetener with cream. The lady hands me my coffee and I taste it and it’s not the way I like. So I ask for more cream and hand her back the cup. She then hands it back to me and gives me another cup wit cream in it. I’m in drive thru !! So I pull over and park and as I open my cup it filled to the brim with coffee and it spills on me! Same thing with the cream. So I go inside because this is an inside the restaurant job not something you should do in a car!! I ask for the manager and another woman comes and identifies herself as the manager. I tell her what just happened and what I would like and she says with attitude “so you just want room in the cup?” “No, I’m saying that I don’t like cold coffee and the cold cream will make my coffee too cold to drink.” Long story short no patience no courtesy and bad customer service from this location is what I got. Starbucks is known for being able to customize your drinks to your liking but the service I received from this store was not what I get when I go to most any other location.
I don’t feel that it’s necessary for me to know how to tell them how to make my drink, I just need to know that it’s possible. So for the manager to be slightly combative about what I am asking for wasn’t the experience I wanted especially when it meant I had to park and go into the store to get my drink made properly.

First Starbucks to give me extra extra caramel drizzle ! I’m always begging for extra caramel drizzle at other locations and they never give me extra caramel it’s always just a bit of drizzle on top and that’s it. But thank you I’ll be visiting this location all the time!

Love the protein boxes and egg bites. Sometimes I’ll get the honey citrus mint tea. I would love to try more drinks but need sugar-free options. So I just keep it simple due to all the sugar and carbs in the drinks. Nice convenient location.

Horrible first time experience at this location!!!!!! I waited 20 mins in the drive thru and came inside to wait 18 mins!!!! I get my sandwiches and they all were made wrong. Absolutely upset, my son was crying in Starbucks, because they messed up his sandwich and it had bacon when he’s vegetarian!!!!!! The side of the build has no sidewalk, yet parking spaces so all the guest have to walk in the street to get to the first of building trying to avoid cars!!! With two kids it was stressful!
