Ventured to Ted’s for a Friday night celebration and hopefully a delicious meal. As expected they were busy and we added our name to a 30-45 minute wait. Eleven minutes later we were called to be seated. That was a pleasant surprise.
We ordered their Bison burgers, onion rings and roasted Parmesan broccoli. The food and service did not disappoint. Our server was very attentive, but not intrusive. Thank you, Kyle.
The food was delicious and the bison was tender and very flavorful! Thanks to the very busy cooking staff! They have an efficient process that was entertaining to watch. They had us in and out in a timely fashion, but we never felt rushed even in spite of a busy Friday night of serving up delicious food to a hungry crowd!
The vibe inside of the restaurant felt rustic, warm, and inviting. The place was clean and all of the staff were very busy taking care of their patrons. Definitely, this will be a go-to in the future as it was my first time there.

Disgusting restaurant! All the dishes come out dirty and if you go into the back you can see the dishwasher eating above clean plates I’m also pretty sure they’re using bleach to clean because everything was speckled white and smelled strongly of bleach, and the tea dispensers were eroding plastic.
The paper straws were obviously stained by some brown liquid on the ends as if the box they came from was soaking up a mystery liquid and they offered them to guests anyways. Same for the sugar packets.
I’d avoid coming to this particular location, I’ve been to good teds before but whoever is running this one obviously doesn’t care

5 stars all the way. Let me start by saying I was there at 4:00 PM so not terribly busy. The staff was super friendly, clean environment, food was amazing. The waitress even offered to get another spoon because it slid into the wild berry drizzle on the handle. I will absolutely go back to this location again

Nice noise level, food is tasty but came out cold, water glass came out dirty, kitchen was slow to get food out, cucumbers as the first served app? Mirror and table dirty, dirty fork still on the floor from other previous patron, :/ not a good look.
Update during stay:
Took a solid hour for my food to come back at an edible temperature but it’s still not hot food. I get wanting to serve pipping hot food but serving lukewarm is just not a desirable temperature. If I didn’t hear/see the lead chef order a remake of the food, I would not have believed they remade my food anew…

$90 for steak that was cold in the middle, over cooked meatloaf, days old stale French fries and 3 of the saddest onion rings I’ve every seen. I understand being busy but there’s no excuse for quality control to be this bad. Our server wasn’t the friendliest either and would disappear for long periods of time. I’m sure that’s why our food tasted so old. We won’t be back to this one for a while.

The food tasted great. I feel they were understaffed. I feel for them. It was very frustrating that the food came out cold for two people at our table though. And they gave someone else my burger and gave me theirs, which was one of the items that was cold. I understand if people called out, but even if they did, good management should be able to help prevent and also solve these kind of situations. The waitress felt horrible and was pleasant, and I feel this is more a kitchen staff/table busman issue. Not sure what’s going on, but I hope it was just a rough night and not consistent. The nachos were tasty. And the burger was good at least, though it wasn’t what I ordered.

Ordered the bison burger and bison brisket sandwich with the half and half order of fresh cut fries and onion rings. Burger was perfect and super juicy. The fries were cooked well, cold have been a tad crispier but over all good product. And the onion rings I’d happily devour a plate full of them. Thin batter and thick cut rings of yummy onions.

We haven’t eaten here in like 6 years. We went for lunch and the service was great and the food was okay. I got the beef bacon cheeseburger with fries. My burger was a little dry and needed some seasoning. My hubby got the Avalon bison burger with onion rings and really liked his. We also ordered the salted caramel adult milkshake in two glasses. And that was delicious. Their pickles that they bring out as an appetizer were also really good. But the water tasted straight from the tap.

I was surprised to have the experience I had here. We were sat at a dirty booth. The host was apologetic, but then it was a few minutes before the waitress greeted us. We ordered an appetizer, and our server delivered something other than what we ordered. My daughter discovered that her cloth napkins was soiled, so we brought the appetizer and napkins to the server’s attention. The server took the silverware roll and told us she wi

We had no appetizer plates or silverware. She did not come back to check on us, so I had to get up and get those items from the hostess stand. Our server brought my Big Sky grilled salmon salad which was topped with a rotten avocado. I was dumbfounded as to why someone would think it was acceptable to serve that. I drew her attention to it, she apologized, and took it back to the kitchen. A short time later, she brought out another salad that had egg, cheese, but was missing bacon and croutons. I was not going to ask for a correction at that point. For the food … our appetizer included buffalo chili. The chili was very bland. My daughter had a bison burger she said was a 7 out of 10. My salmon was so fishy tasting that I did not eat but a few bites. I have eaten at Ted’s a few times before, though not this location. This did not meet expectations. I was hoping to see a manager on the floor so I could share my experience, but in the hour we were there, not one appeared. Disappointing.
