Our party of four went here to celebrate a birthday. Three of us had bison burgers and one had chicken and salad. All of us enjoyed our dinners and the seasonal strawberry cake with ice cream was a great dessert. Three of us shared it. It was quite large for one person. Our server, Collen, was excellent and the food came out quickly and cooked properly. These are some of the best burgers in the area.

The food is absolutely amazing—every dish we’ve tried has been full of flavor and beautifully prepared. My daughter and I come here all the time, and it’s become our favorite spot to eat out together.

They have great little activities for the kids to enjoy while waiting for the food. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and super attentive.(Lauren is amazing )
Thank you alll

20240512 A friend suggested that we have lunch here. I have never been here or to this town center. I was excited to try one of the bison dishes and went with the short ribs. It was amazing! The meat was very tender. Becca, our waitress, was excellent, and so was Dan and the waitress that served our food. I also tried the fresh made cherry lemonade. It was good but way too sweet. I added more ice, half a glass, and it was still very sweet. We dined in the patio and the roses were in bloom. So beautiful. I’m coming back for sure to try another bison dish.

Sat at the bar on two different occasions, and was very impressed! Tried three different burgers with friends on one occasion, and all were great. Love the onion rings!! The filet was also good on another occasion. Again, the wine list is basic, but at least you can bring your own bottle of wine for a corkage. My new go-to place!

Went for a work dinner. I ordered the bison new york strip medium rare and it was perfect. Nice crust on the outside and tender inside. The garlic mashed was also good and the onion rings were excellent. Finished the meal with the apple pecan cobbler which is a shared dessert. Also very good. I did hear others at the table weren’t as pleased with their steaks but they picked the beef.

Sundays around 3pm is a less crowded time if you’re nervous about eating around others. The downside to that is the mystique hasn’t been turned on yet on the patio. They have a long gas fire pit that is probably gorgeous at sunset but if you go in the afternoon and are the only people eating there, you don’t get the full experience. There is a full bar and the food is amazing. It’s one of the few places where bison is one of the primary proteins. Prices range from around $20-$50 depending on what you’re getting. Being frugal, I had the naked bison burger with the kale salad and roasted broccoli. Each of them were amazing, reasonably priced, and a reason to go back. My partner had the bison cheeseburger with fries and also enjoyed it although I think my dish was better.

Our server was excellent and tried to make the experience as magical as possible. Our only complaint was that the napkins were probably brand new and left fuzz all over our clothes.

Still, it’s a place I would definitely recommend going.

Ted’s has a great atmosphere and the service is excellent. Parking is ample and free in the vicinity. The restaurant is clean and the washrooms are as well. They have a nice drink menu and the bar is well done.

You are greeted by a hostess who directs you to your table. The servers are excellent and upsell the menu. They are knowledgeable and attentive to detail. They discuss the specials that are not on the menu that sound appetizing.

The drinks are all excellent. The free complimentary pickles are unique but nothing to write home about. They are average which is like the rest of the food.

They boast the benefits of bison which they are bang on. The unfortunate part is that they don’t do the bison justice. The food is average at best. The bison burgers if cooked medium rare are very poorly made. They have no sear on them and they are quite mushy. There is a right way to do medium rare and then this way. The Caesar salad is something left to be desired. I wish I read the menu better here as the dressing was not traditional and it had no bacon. The red rock chicken sandwich is salty and lacks vegetables. The fries are good. The bison steak was butter burned a bit and not tender on some parts. The bison nachos were average at best as well. It’s unfortunate that a place like this in a beautiful part of the city with excellent staff has a average/below average quality of food.

My recommendation to the restaurant is to respect the ingredients more. They are top notch that were not prepared with care. Do come here for a good drink though as you will be served with excellent service. You may want to stick to the apps.

Staff was friendly. Had the crab cake appetizer w/kale salad. Both were really good.

Loved the Bison Short Ribs as well.

Unfortunately found out that this place is closing soon, so definitely stop by before their last day on 1/4/26 if you can

Popped in for a drink since we were in the area. Didn’t try the food but will be back to have a burger after looking at the menu. If you like blue cheeses stuffed olives, definitely get the martini. The newly fashioned and Buffalo 41 cocktails were too sweet considered they are bourbon cocktails but maybe someone else will enjoy them if you like your drinks fruitier. Nice ambiance with indoor and outdoor dining along a long fireplace.
