Ordered 2 dinners and 2 pies – employee missed half pur order. Thankfully, my other half noticed before we left. The manager had to point out the salad and pies were still on the shelf and never bagged. We were just given excuses as to how busy they were that day. We were the only customers in there the entire 15 mins we were waiting. I noticed the employee who took our order, also the one who was packing up our order kept starring at me. When I noticed I noticed she would ask “thats to go?” This happened 3 times. Just a very uncomfortable feeling to be starred at for so long to the point she can not complete the task at hand accurately.

Just left the drive thru my whole order was cold after asking for it fresh. I ordered a 1 large combo & 1 regular still got a regular but the drink was up sized then didn’t get a receipt for order . And all she (Kelly) could do was write me down for a frie that I will never go back to get very disappointed. Food was awful couldn’t even turn around because I’m headed into work. I was the only person in line not to mention they tell me they don’t have the chicken that ordered once I’m getting ready to pay. I should of known to just cancel the order when she handed my drinks out with them both leaking never gave me napkins then said they in my bag when I asked again.

Girl on front line made sure I got everything I wanted to order, the food was cooked fresh, best experience I have had eating at Jack’s anywhere in the 256 area.
