After celebrating and supporting a family member(christening), we had reservations and I was very so pleased with the service! Our waitress was amazing and very patient. We had to send back to two meals because we asked for medium rare bisons steaks but kept being served well done. I was thinking because of the different quality of meat, maybe we can’t express the desire of medium rare, the same way for a cow (steaks). This restaurant steaks are so delicious (melt in your mouth ) but the term of how to express how we want the chef to cook them hits different. They did what was needed to please the customer and they were very friendly and pleasant about it! The kale salad is so good and I will only eat a hamburger from Ted’s Montana Grill ❤️Thank you for hospitality!

We were in town for the weekend for a hockey showcase, and after a long day at the rink, it was time to refuel. Considering it was a Saturday night around 7 PM, we knew we’d probably face a wait, so one of our party called ahead to make a reservation for about half an hour later. To our surprise, we only had a 10-minute drive from our hotel, and we were promptly seated when we arrived.
Our server, Josh, was fantastic! His playful and joking personality made the experience fun, but he was also efficient and professional in taking our orders and ensuring everything went smoothly. We all agreed that the food was exceptional—four of us ordered the bison steak, and one had a beef steak. All were cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
Unfortunately, we were too full to save room for dessert, but we couldn’t help but notice how delicious the ones going to other tables looked. Next time, we’ll definitely be saving room!
After our meal, Josh took the time to chat with us about our visit, asking about what brought us to town and making small talk, even though we were winding down. It was a nice touch that made us feel comfortable and not rushed, especially as the evening got later.
Ted’s Montana Grill was a perfect choice to end a busy day, and we’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Was recommended here by a friend because we wanted to go somewhere that would allow us to bring our dog. The food was excellent and our server was awesome! Only issue with sitting outside is that they seem to have a ladybug problem, and we had to keep a close eye on our drinks and food. Other than that we had a great experience.

We stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner from out of town. When we entered the restaurant the interior is very well decorated and definitely gave you an old authentic vibe. We waited quite a few minutes for the hostess to arrive at the front. We requested to be seated outside on the patio. Our waitress came and got our drink order, then food. Everything came out very good. The bison ribeye was a little pricey at $50 but it was delicious with very little gristle fat. The beef short ribs were very good as well. The kids menu had plenty of food and a seafood option which I thought was good. Overall I gave it a 4/5 as the service was basic, the food was good just not out of this world. Also the price was a little high for what I feel like we received. I would come back again to try other menu items.

I moved away from the area about 5 years ago and I had fond memories of coming here and really enjoying myself. However this time. Not so much.
I stopped in and sat at the bar. I was politely and quickly greeted with a smile and asked for a drink order. The bartender was quite nice and attentive for the most part.
I was reallyyyyy craving a steak an after going to firebirds and sitting at the bar for about 7-10 minutes and not even getting greeted I left and came to Ted’s. So I ordered a strip steak (med rare) with a crab cake on top. My usual go to. It came out rather quickly as they didn’t even let it rest for a few minutes before sending it out. Cut it and to me, it wasn’t med rare. Again it all means different temps to people however it was not a cool red center and after a bite thinking I could eat it if it’s a little over done. No, it had NO seasoning on it at all. No salt or pepper. Nothing. The meat tastes spoiled as well. The meat didn’t taste like it should. Everything came out hot which is wonderful but everything even the garlic mashed potatoes has no flavor to them at all. Put a little love into them, please.

We stopped in after a day of shopping for prom dresses. The mall traffic was horrific so instead of waiting in our car in line we figured we’d wait it out and get a late lunch, it was about 3pm. We were greeted quickly by the hostess, and our waiter Rich took our drink order shortly after. Rich was attentive without hovering. He gave us recommendations of his favorites when we asked since this was our first time visiting and he was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out quickly & hot. We ordered the Canyon beef burger and the Red Rock chicken sandwich. I had the side kale salad and it was amazing. We also had the onion rings and they were perfect, whole onion slices and perfect amount of breading. Both sandwiches were delicious, the hamburger was very flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place and it was a nice change from franchise eateries.

The food came out not hot, but presentation was nice. We asked for well done and medium rare but received raw meat. We ordered shrimp on ciabatta bread and it was delicious. Server was friendly and attentive. Only reason I gave 5 stars to atmosphere was because the company I was with was awesome. Enjoy the aesthetics that I post, but be aware all the steaks were raw. Guess I should have took pictures when we cut into the meat.

My sister and I stopped in for a bite after a fun day of Christmas shopping. What a wonderful surprise! Everything was so flavorful and delicious. We had 2 orders of homemade pickles. They were so refreshing, I’m from Maryland, so I’m skeptical when ordering crab cakes from anywhere. I got the appetizer size and wish I had gotten the dinner portion. They were EXCELLENT, not a shell or carcass in one bite! The bison short ribs were so tender and succulent. Next time, I’m doing a surf and turf of crab and bison. I really enjoyed the onion rings as well.I was so full I couldn’t think of dessert, but my sister loved the cheese cake. She ate it so fast I didn’t get a pic. The cocktails were really good, too. I had a Bourbon lemonade concoction (forgot the name)

First time here, pretty good grub. Three of us and our server couldn’t be nicer. We got drinks, and they serve you what I cal quick pickles for to nibble on while looking over the menu. I love these pickles, I think I ate most of them. We started with the Salt & Pepper Onion Rings, they were just ok, not much pepper taste for me. I ordered a Bison Blue Creek burger I forgot how lean bison is so I was surprised when it wasn’t as greasy as a beef burger, this is a good thing. The Karen’s “Flying-D” Bison Chili and Side Salad and the Brick Chicken Plate were also ordered. All the food was very good. Atmosphere is nice, nice level acceptable even though we were sitting on the other side of the bar. Plenty of parking.
