Ted’s never disappoints, but this visit truly stood out thanks to the incredible service we received from Shannon. From the moment we were seated, Shannon was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—exactly the kind of service that elevates a great meal into a memorable experience.
She was knowledgeable about the menu, happy to offer recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Every detail was handled with care, and her upbeat, friendly attitude made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.
Of course, the food was fantastic—classic Ted’s Montana Grill quality, cooked perfectly and served promptly—but it was Shannon’s exceptional hospitality that truly made the evening special. It’s rare to encounter service that feels so natural, professional, and kind all at once.
I can’t recommend Shannon enough. She’s a true asset to the restaurant and the perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. We’ll absolutely be back!

On our most recent visit to Evergreen Walk, we had a nice dinner at Ted’s Montana Grill. We’ve been curious to try bison, as we’ve really only ever had it in burger form, and it’s great that they have such a large variety of different dishes to choose from. We started with the new bison meatballs appetizer, which was in a tasty BBQ sauce over a bed of mashed potatoes, as well as their bison nachos. The housemade pickles came complimentary to the table and they were very good as well. It’s refreshing to have a chain where everything is fresh, not frozen, not microwaved, and items are prepared made-to-order. The bison steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and we really enjoyed it since it was leaner than regular beef. I thought it was nice that they had a fundraiser currently going on that helps give back to food service workers in need, so we ordered one of the cocktails to support. The strawberry shortcake was a great way to end the night. Very professional waitstaff, and we were sat in a booth that felt private. I really liked it here and will definitely return on future trips to Evergreen Walk!

Great real country music playing. Got a booth, looked at the menu and was excited. I started with a bowl of the bison chili, very good, chunky, onions, jalapeños, slight bean content, a little watery, but very good. side cesar salad, perfect, and the fish sandwich and fries, everything was very tasty, loved it all. My waitress Hannah was a super star, this young lady is going places.

Stopped in mid afternoon and had a wonderful experience! Our server Sam was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The food was fresh and delicious – best crabcake I’ve had, and the Bison steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus amazing. The proprietor John was also very attentive, checking on guests and keeping a close eye on things. Overall excellent experience and highly recommended!

By far one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve ever had. My friend and I came to
Ted’s tonight for the first time and our sever Jenny was incredible. When I say incredible, I mean next level service. We asked for recommendations and rather than just responding that everything is good, she gave us a list of some of her favorite items in every category and reasons why they were so good.
At her recommendation, we kicked off with the shrimp flatbread, which tasted like lobster if you closed your eyes and didn’t know it was shrimp.
She also suggested we try the creamed spinach. I have never had creamed spinach in my life until tonight. It. Was. Amazing.
My friend and I split the 22 oz ribeye and also their Buffalo meatloaf and can confirm both are amazing and you should try both as well. The potatoes are perfect, as well as the carrots as sides as well.
For dessert we split the apple crisp and it was so crisp and so fresh and so flavorful, you cannot let it pass you by. Wonderful restaurant with wonderful service and people, I cannot wait to come back again.

Zachary the waiter was great, the food not so much. We ordered a side salad to split for an appetizer, we received the salad on one plate with only the bread plates to eat off of. I ordered a medium rare steak, received a well done steak. Asked if they could make another one. I waited 15 minutes for another steak. This one had one small section that was medium well done and the rest was just as well done as the first. They did take it off the bill which was appreciated. We had plans to try their burgers next time we came, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Been coming to Ted’s for years. They don’t miss. Absolutely awesome theming and location inside the lovely Evergreen.
Service is always top notch and food is consistent and great, fresh, and quality.
Cannot recommend enough. It’s a great time and their milkshakes and real soda take it all up a notch. Will be back!

It was lovely experience all around. The food was excellent – crab cake, bison sirloin (my first time) and kale salad. Yum! The server was friendly and attentive to our needs. I really loved the atmosphere- relaxed and different seating options. Definitely will visit again.

I got all the specials, a honey chicken sandwich which was delicious and roasted brussel sprouts which were not roasted but boiled maybe. So they were bland and not browned at all. The dessert was an apple crisp, which was just okay. For the price, I expected so much better in food preparation for my meal.

This place has a cool peaky blinders vibe to it. The staff instantly made us feel welcome. The food is fresh and everything I tried here was delicious but the crab cake is what really got me. I was only in CT for a short while and I’ve thought about that crab cake every day since. No other crab cake has come close. 10/10 No Notes.
