This location is awful I apple payed my order and did not ask for my receipt because I don’t like wasting paper. The guy at the window proceeded to ask me what my order was not even knowing what was in my bag and hands it to me. I went inside to ask them to remake my order and I used a code through the app for 2 medium fries and a 20 piece nugget and two five dollar meal deals I do not understand how hard it is for them to ensure everything is in my bag. The manager gave me my food forgot to put the two small fries from the five dollar meal deals and proceeded to put a large fry and a medium fry which was not what I asked for. I left the store thinking the fries were in the bag after returning inside because they got my drive thru order wrong surprise surprise the fries weren’t in my bag not only that but I am a diabetic and they forgot to check which of the small cokes from the five dollar meals was diet the manager offered to give me a large diet coke instead and did not want to replace the fries mind you this manager when I called said that it was my fault that I didn’t tell him exactly what was missing and that he already gave me more than enough fries when all I got was food I didn’t ask for I just wanted my order the service upset me because I used to work in fast food I understand and have patience but it becomes an issue when they cant even get the food right the 3rd time you send it back this is just embarrassing. And as a diabetic this is really disheartening I used to go to this location as a kid and I will not be returning.

probably one of the worst mcdonald’s ever. you think ordering ahead you’ll get your food faster but the drive thru that was wrapped around the restaurant was ACTUALLY empty before i even received the food! had to walk in to get my food and it was INCORRECT.

3 strikes your out, McDonald food is great but the service is not , I have been coming here almost 5 years since I moved in town and its closer to home and recently they have messed up my order. It’s either missing, wrong food or charge me for large and give a small meal. It’s either wait in line to make the correction or call in and hold for 10 minutes to get credit for it.

Always long lines, ice cream machine is never working if you go after 7pm, 2 drive thru lanes but 2nd one is blocked off with cones most of the time, if it’s not blocked off the same person is handling both sides so it makes no difference that there’s 2 lanes, there’s always something not working, worst McDonalds around i will post more pictures later on of how the line almost wraps around the building because service is too slow

So my daughter asked me to bring McDonald’s home and i was a few blocks away from getting home, i decided to pass by this McDonald’s since it’s like 3 blocks away from the house, i really try to avoid this McDonald’s but it was convenient at the moment. I get to the window and i ask for 2 McDouble meals, well even though it’s on the menu I’m told they don’t have that any more, so i asked why is still on the menu and I’m told they don’t know why, really? This is a multi billion dollar company and your telling me that they can’t buy the technology to take something off their menu in an instant? It’s an electronic menu board, i doubt there’s no way to take something off the menu whether by management in house or by corporate, this McDonald’s is the most ridiculous McDonald’s I’ve ever been. As you can see it’s been years since my original review and it was for a reason and i guess things haven’t changed much. By the way after i told my daughter what they said she got on HER app and they still have it on line. Stay away if you can, i know it’s close by and convenient, but that should not be reason for this McDonald’s to lax on policies and service. There’s a BK like 3 min away if you can make the drive it’s worth the 3 min drive.
Do not drive away with out checking your order, my family asked me to pick up an order for them, because i don’t order from this McDonald’s any more, and when i got home 2 burgers were missing, went back, 6 cars ahead of me, only drive thru open, got to the speaker told them what i was missing and made me wait at the speaker about 5 min and not once did they apologize all i got was the burgers i was missing and the rest of the orders cold, please please just go to bk 3 min away, my family doesn’t listen but if you have some sense skip this McDonald’s
