I am upset that the shells are stale and hard. I wasn’t able to bite into the tacos. The quesadilla is a let down it’s a taco shell folded in half. The birria consome is acceptable. This is my first time trying their food and I will not be back for a second time.

My biggest issue was that there is no actual menu to look at in the restaurant. There are 2 TV screens that jump from slide to slide features items on the menu. I am dyslexic and need a moment longer to read than some, especially if the screen changes after a few seconds. When I asked if there was a printed option or QR code, I was told there isn’t one. I was left to struggle trying to catch up on the screen to read it. Due to not having an actual menu available to properly see my options, I was disappointed and only ordered 2 tacos. The least that could be done to be more inclusive to those with vision or dyslexic issues is to have at least a single printed menu available on the front counter.

Double check order. We got most of our order and probably someone else’s. Food was good though, but a bit on the greasy side. The dipping sauce is great with all food. Their fresh fruit water was delicious. There is limited parking. If you can park on street.

Worst customer service experience ever. Went there on 06May23 to get tacos and the cashier accused me of pressing too hard and trying to damage their POS. I informed her it wasn’t responsive but she kept repeating her accusations. When the order was ready, she just dropped it on the counter and never informed me it was my order. Will definitely not return to this place.

Amazing birria tacos here, and the friendly service and clean interior makes it a great spot compared to the nearby taco trucks. Salsas were also spicy Saw also people buying gigantic horchata bottles.

Probably the best birria I’ve had while in LA, still although a bit on the greasy side. I didn’t have the consume sauce. The hot sauce was good and spicy.
