It was our first time here. The place was practically empty, so we waited for our food to make the choice whether we would return or not.
A few walk-in customers came while we waited. The food turned out to be Mediterranean favored fast food. There were a few hits and a few misses. I will give it another try, mainly because I got a $5 coupon for a mistake.

We really enjoyed our first trip to Taziki’s. Prices were very reasonable, and the staff was courteous and attentive. I enjoyed the daily special, which was a Harissa Chicken gyro. The side sauces were fresh, and portions were plentiful. My only small complaint is that we had to hunt down plasticware and napkins. We definitely plan to return soon!

I always look forward to coming here when I am in this part of Richmond. The food is always fresh and feels healthy. The staff is always very kind and treat you as if you were being waited on in a sit down restaurant. I have ordered both takeout and dined in, and each time it’s amazing!

It’s the perfect go to lunch spot during the work week! It tastes so much fresher than so many places in Innsbrook and they have a great outdoor patio when the weather is nice. The fresh options are abundant and the prices are reasonable. I got the lamb Gyro With Greek pasta salad. They are even a good place to do office lunches that are catered.

Just left Cap Ale House and waited an hour for them to never bring our food – only for the spot next door to bring our food in less than 8 minutes of ordering. I failed by not coming here first. Great staff, all smiles and great baclava

UPDATE TO REVIEW:
Taziki’s reached out privately to me and apologized for this issue, even though it turns out that the fault was on my end. It is a bit misleading, but the Feast meals do not come with rice by default (you have to select it as a side). They should change the picture of the meal, but it was my fault for not paying closer attention. I had also somehow selected an option online not to get a salad, so this fault was entirely mine, but what impressed me was how quickly Taziki’s reached out to me to try to make things right for me, even though I was the one who had messed up. They have top notch customer support, and I still stand by the fact that the food was delicious, that was never in question.
The food was great, but unfortunately I have to give a bad review because I didn’t get half of what I was supposed to on my mobile order. Went to pick up my food and came home to realize that we didn’t get any rice, side salad, or pita. I will correct my review if the store can make it right, but I was too far away by the time I realized the mistake. I paid $18.00 for the Feast version of the meatballs and only got a tiny container of 5 meatballs and a side.

I don’t normally like Mediterranean food, but decided to give it a try— and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was healthy-looking and good. I especially liked the honey and cheese dip with soft pita, yum.
We got a lamb wrap with tzatziki sauce and grilled shrimp. The lamb was more tough/ chewy than I thought but still pretty nice. For sides we got fruit, and noodle salad. When I added sauce to the leafy salad and drizzled lemon on top, it was better than I expected.
We ate at the patio since it was a lovely Friday evening. Overall it was a great and tasty experience. If you like Mediterranean food, then you’ll most likely enjoy Taziki’s.

As someone who comes here often and loves this place, today was disappointing. I ordered a grilled beef gyro and the beef was overcooked + tough to chew into. The sides were a little lacking too portion-wise, but the staff was swift and great overall.
