Wings used to be really good. Last time I got wings they were dry. I thought I would try them one more time. They were dry and very salty this time. Not going back. I don’t know what happened but they definitely aren’t like they used to be. They used to be tender and falling off bone when you ate them.

BRISKET IS SALTYYYY!!! WOW!!! At over 21 dollars a platter and beautiful smokers in the back with an incredible smell I was disappointed yet again. I’ve tried the brisket 3xs. The first time awesome the 2nd and 3rd time (3rd time tonight and my fiancé wanted it so I decided to give them another try ) I will not order again. I went against my better judgment and got it again and it’s inedible. I think who ever in the back cooking is a bit SEASONED SALT HAPPY. Sides get a 10/10 from me the collards, green beans, baked beans, Mac and Cole slaw is delicious. Brisket and Pork burnt ends are horribly salty and inedible. Do Not Do it.

Very disappointing experience. If I am going to pay $16 (rounding up) for a salad I want it to be good. I went to Taylors BBQ and ordered takeout yesterday evening. I am looking for places for catering for my team and thought I would try it out first even though their reveiws where on the lower side.
As I walked into Taylor’s it was aesthetically pleasing, however empty(in all fairness it was a Monday night). I figured okay this should be quick. I order my food on their carry out screen at the entrances and sat down. There were three employees there, and no one said anything to me for about 15mins. That is when I got up to inquiry about the Candied Bacon Cobb Salad I ordered. The employee said “Do you need help with something” I said “yes. I am waiting on a carry out order, a salad” she said “Oh, okay” and walks away. I am not sure if I was suppose to assume she was going to check on it or what but I stood there confused and said to myself just wait. Eight minutes later she came back with my salad. I said thank you and went to my car when something said check your order. When I looked at my salad I could not believe what I paid $15.50 plus tip for. It was upsetting after an 11hr work day. I went back into the resteraunt and stood at the register by the bar. The male employee working the one table ignored me and the other employee, who was on her labtop at the tablez by the kitchen door look up and went back to whatever she was doing. I finally raised my voice and said “excuse me, does anyone work here” her reply was “oh, sorry you need something” she hurried over and I explained that this $16 dollar salad was not close to what I ordered. The Candied Bacon, the namesake for the salad was non exitstent and where is the egg in my COBB salad. The employee looked at the salad and said what’s the problem. I said where is the protein in my salad. She said do you want more candied bacon? I can do that I said yes. She proceeded to the back and started making a face and smiling. I was going to wait and send her back for my egg also, but at that point I asked for the manager. I told her this was not what I ordered and she said yes there should be more in the salad. I said just refund me I do not want it anymore, I came here to see if I could use them for catering but I saw enough. She then says oh let me stop the extra bacon, I guess that was the priority. She gave me a full refund and I walked out and went striaght to Mission BBQ. I have posted a picture of the salad online and one of what I got.
If you looking for mediocracy at it’s finest Taylor’s BBQ is the place for you.

I’m writing this as a genuinely concerned customer. During a recent visit, a staff member repeatedly came into the dining room visibly intoxicated, yelling and using loud profanity. He appeared to think it was funny, but it was extremely uncomfortable for those of us trying to enjoy a meal. From what I could hear, his name is Todd, but I could be wrong. At one point, he even helped himself to alcohol, which was shocking to witness in a public dining area. The situation felt uncontrolled and unprofessional, and no one stepped in to stop it. He should have been cut off immediately. I want to note that our server, Scott, was excellent. He remained professional, attentive, and did his best to make us feel comfortable despite what was happening around us. He handled the situation far better than management did. I had been considering bringing my children here in the future, but after seeing this behavior, I will not be returning with them. Families should not have to worry about exposed drinking and constant cursing while dining. This place has potential, but behavior like this needs to be addressed immediately if management cares about customer experience and safety.

The food is absolutely amazing! My first time trying and it didn’t disappoint. The Brisket was moist, coleslaw was so bomb, The Greens omg just so delicious and the yams. You can’t go wrong with that. If you’re in the area definitely check them out.

Went here for lunch during the week. It wasn’t busy so we had our choice of seat. Our server seemed a little annoyed but not completely rude. My husband didnt get his water refilled, which for the price of the meal, I would have thought we could have more than one glass. My husband had the turkey BLT with Mac and cheese which was $20 and I had a rice bowl with Carolina pork and soggy green beans for over $16 because I was charged extra for sauce. The wet corn bread was over $5 for basically one slice cut in 4. Terribly overpriced and lackluster service will not have me returning.

Pitbeef sandwich was small price was big. They charged extra for horseradish and put like 3 slithers of onion on the sandwich. Put the condiments on the side for me to put on the sandwich. Was not happy for the price that was paid. First and last time there. Looking for a good pit beef place

Excited to try the new location….but maybe there are still kinks to work out! The service was not great. A lot of staff, but only a few busy ones. We had an drink and wanted to place a take out order while we waited. The bartender was very busy and so we ordered with cashier. He snacked on his food while I placed my order. The sides were horrible the green beans steamed only not the same as they used to be, Mac and cheese dry and blah and tiny tiny sliver of cornbread. The chicken leg dry.The place is very nice and has potential, hopefully they read the reviews.

I’ve always ridden by but never stopped. I love bbq but no fat. It has to be very lean. I saw the brisket sub & asked if it was very lean. The sub was very lean,
Carmelized onions & melted provolone. It was great. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and made me feel like a friend !!
