I was skeptical given the 3.9 rating on Google, but the food was actually really good, esp the flatbread with mushroom, Boursin, and onion. They also had a slew of seasonal specials from the new chef (who personally checked in), who got the reins a month ago. We had a salad with grilled peaches, blue cheese, candied pecans, fennel, and steak — fantastic except the steak was a bit over (asked for med rare). To drink I had old-fashioneds, which were spot on. And the bread pudding was perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had — generous portion and so flavorful, light, and spongy. The servers were very friendly/chatty, too.

Located in the Crowne Plaza hotel minutes from the Cleveland airport, I decided to try this in house location rather than go out as I had a later checkin and was a bit tired. Wait-staff were attentive and even offered suggestions for their menu, which I took.

Excellent restaurant and bar within the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I’ve eaten here many times on business stays at the hotel and the food has always been good. Try the bar as well. Very friendly service.

This was a hidden gem. The service, food, and atmosphere were all spot on. My mom and I loved our food from apps to desert. I got the onion and mushrooms Flatbread and our server suggested to add bacon. She was on point! Next time we travel we will choose this hotel due to the lovely experience we had at this establishment.

$30 buffet, plus 20% gratuity, plus an $8 service fee. Almost $80 for my wife and I for what everyone at our table would describe a slightly better continental breakfast. I saw my server one time while I was half way through eating and asked for a soft drink. I saw her again 30 minutes later when I needed the check and then 20 minutes after that I had to track her down to get my check. A mandatory $13.00 tip for someone that brought me one soda was excessive I think, but because it was Easter and she was working it, I would have tipped her $20 anyway. But when you force a gratuity and service fee on sub par food and service then the whole holiday spirit is ruined. But yeah if you want to spend $80 on scrambled eggs and some dried out ham and roast this is the place to do it. We will not be back next year.

Buffet was poor quality in comparison to last year. All carving station items miserably overcooked and dry. Chef should be fired as the sirloin was cooked until grey, dry and tough. Fish was overcooked and dry. This was an absolutely miserable dining experience for myself and my party. Will not be returning . I’ll shell out the money next year for the 100th bomb group restraunt by the airport where I can be assured a quality easter brunch.
