We are regulars, they always have delicious food and good service. Started with a fabulous antipasto. We had a beautiful pesto and a crab asparagus pasta in a cream sauce for entrees , dessert was a caramel pistachio gelato.. i had to behave and not lick my plate clean.. always such good food.

We had a short wait to sit at the bar. Once seated, the drinks were yummy and the trio bread and our main plates were good too (scallops and papardelle). Definitely do the “bartender’s choice” drink! However, the restaurant was HOT. The AC was not on despite the Virginia humidity and we were sweating through our meal.

Great food and great vibe. Me and my five friends went here and all got different dishes and all were amazing. We also got the burrata and the mussels as an appetizer. The food and the espresso martinis made the dinner. Also had great, fast service from a lovely waitress. Would definitely recommend this place if your looking to spend some money on a high end dinner in cville. Will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Italian restaurant in Belmont/Charlottesville. Staff was exceedingly friendly, the drinks were great. We had mock tails that were very fun. All the food was excellent. We sat at the chefs bar where we could see the chefs preparing the food. It was a really cool experience.

We had an amazing experience. The food and beverages exceeded expectations! The complex flavor profiles of the mushroom pasta and the scallops were not lost on us. Service worthy of standing 20% gratuity. Quaint atmosphere and perfect playlist sealed the deal. 5 stars well earned by very attentive staff.

Their parking situation is abysmal. We waited outside, on a narrow little sidewalk, trying to avoid condensation dripping from multiple air conditioners. Once inside, we were seated at a cramped table in what felt like a basement. The food and drink were quite expensive. And there was only one beer on draft. Why four stars? Because the food is awesome and the service is excellent. Expect a noisy, crowded, and frenetic dining room full of happy people. My wife and I look forward to going back for a special occasion.

What a great anniversary experience. The server was very nice, professional and helpful. The kitchen was flawless and has a very homey feel being so open to the dining room. The bar was really classic feeling and had a nice warm feeling to it. The food was great and looked beautiful. The best thing was that everyone was having fun and comfortable bit somehow it was quiet enough to hear eachother without having to tune out everyone else. Really this is just a nice place all around. Thanks to Ryan for being friendly and able to chat about the food while still flawlessly executing his dishes.

Probably one of the few legit restaurants around Charlottesville with incredible quality of food. The staff are friendly and the ambiance is cozy. It may be slightly loud for a date night but loved the overall vibe. The only thing that the restaurant was lacking was a well-functioning hood: every time a mussel meal came out, the whole restaurant was fogged up. At one point we couldn’t even open our eyes. The staff opened the door to ventilate time to time, but I’m sure the issue can be ameliorated if the restaurant installs air ventilator or something.
