A little history here about this place before I begin my review. I remember this place from back in 1970s when I was a kid when my grandfather had a printing business called “Zap Printing Company” at 514 Middle River Road. My dad would take me and my brother inside the tavern and we played pool sometimes which was fun. It seems this place has not changed much since the ’70s as it still has a tavern, and a liquor store on the side. Since my parents were in the military we moved from Maryland back in the late ’80s and I lost touch of the area. With that said.
Now that I’m older and wiser, and retired from the military myself was going down memory lane. While doing a Google search of the area to see what my grandfather’s house looks like now happened upon this gem of a place. Wanted to say hi, and thank you for the memories from the ’70s and glad to see this business is still around as much of the area is changed since I remembered it.
The employees at the time that I remember were very nice and very cordial. Even gave my brother and I a free Coke refill every now and then. It seemed everyone that lived in the area would come here like a “Cheers” episode. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to chill out after a hard day a work.

Cheapest bar I’ve ever been to! NYC, D.C., NJ, Baltimore. Beers for 3-4$ a bottle, cocktails and drinks 4$ and up. Bar have it’s own free parking lot, has jukebox inside (which is too expensive in my opinion), one or two pool tables, few slot and gaming machines, and liqor store next door and they are connected from inside. Somebody is saying they have food (french fries or something like that), but I didn’t saw that. Sign states they are open 365 days a year, until 2 a.m. everyday. Definetly coming back again when I’m around.

I was calling a lot of names because I am Puerto Rican and they are very racist there and the guy that does karaoke puts everybody in front of me because I am Puerto Rican and he is a German guy who is a very racist guy. I don’t go there that often anymore because of so many racists.

This bar is amazing, including the 2 night bartenders, that I always see. Tammy and Stacey, they take care of all the customers they’re very fun to be around. I will say that the only issue with this bar is that they only have frozen Pizza outside of that. I can go in at anytime and anybody there is ready to shoot pool. And have a awesome top playing recommend going on. Wednesdays, thursdays and fridays after pool league

Awesome bar, I came to play pool, I had six Coors lite cans and a shot of Tito’s and my bill was $22, how awesome is that??
They have one pool table that is awesome and some VLTS, they also don’t serve food but you can order food from anywhere and eat it in the tavern, the staff was super friendly too. I’ll def be back for beers and pool

Not worth your money… go to literally any other restaurant for better food, service, and atmosphere.
So over priced for what you receive. Prices are on par with New York City and Philadelphia top restaurants, except this is Enola , Pennsylvania. Steak was cooked incorrectly and resembled a Dennys steak or other fiber, and the salmon was dry and fishy, so it clearly was old stock, luckily no none got sick.
They have a waiter who goes around, shouting and interrupting other peoples dinners, while he converses with well-known guests, apparently.
Everyone here looks very confused about what’s going on. Clearly there’s a training issue or they have new staf because I’ve never seen so much food being delivered to the wrong tables, and nobody knowing which plate goes to which person very inexperienced for the prices.
This restaurant is living off of notoriety due to numerous celebrities coming here, but that ship has sailed and it’s just a shadow of what this restaurant used to be.

The nice gal tending bar was very aware of her surroundings. Even tho there were a couple few patrons she greeted us right away. Had a good crowd feel.
