chicken was a nice and crispy and the fries were a perfect golden brown. The coffee was a nice creamy layer and made me feel calm. they had a amazing option of desserts and I chose the three layer Chocolate cake and it was amazing overall, the staff and the food was a great experience. It felt like I was a part of the restaurant and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend me and my family have been there ever since they opened and I have brought them there.

We had lunch 3/5/16 and the place as soon as we got in side it’s gorgeous.
The waiter took our drinks order and we also ordered appetizers but it took too long from the appetizers to be in our table not counting the drinks that came right after the appetizers.
By that time we already ordered our food for 7 people which it was a big gap and the kitchen or the serves would have enough time to place the order and get the food on time but unfortunately the food came one hour 15 minutes later which it was very disappointing but they just brought the chicken first for my girlfriend then we have to wait around another 7 minutes for 3 chicken breaded breast and another 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
Once we were ready to start eating the food was with not a great taste, every plate that we order was not great at all, the server wasn’t on top of their job for getting refills or even providing silverware our whole family was very disappointed and we definitely will not come back here Even for food.

Great food and great service! Everything was delicious and well made. Adriana at the register was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made the whole experience feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Customer service like that makes a big difference. Highly recommend this place ( beautiful and unique decor, and outstanding service )

Ordered takeout on a Sunday at 7pm and my order was perfect and done right on time. Tried both the fried and rotisserie chicken and both are so good I can’t decide which is my favorite so far! The tostones and veggies were also very good. Their sauces were great too! My favorite was the house sauce(more orange) but the rosada(pink) and their picante did not disappoint! The picante sauce had a little kick to it but not as spicy as some of the other picante sauces around town. I also ordered their Michelada drink which was like lemonade mixed with sparkling water and a salted rim. The slice of cake was great too! The staff was very friendly in-person and over the phone. I’ve lived in Dover for the past 6 years and the woman at the register, I believe her name was Adrianna, was definitely the most welcoming and kind Hostess/Cashier that I’ve encountered in the area! Can’t wait to go back to try more dishes on the menu! Will be back soon!

Visité este restaurante y pedí un pollo asado con sus dos acompañantes. Esperé más de 30 minutos y el pedido nunca llegó. Durante ese tiempo ningún miembro del personal se acercó a dar una explicación ni a revisar la mesa.
Entiendo que a veces los pedidos pueden demorarse, pero lo mínimo es informar al cliente o tener algún tipo de atención. Finalmente decidí retirarme del lugar sin haber recibido la comida y nadie del restaurante dijo nada.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue muy mala debido a la falta total de servicio y atención al cliente.
I visited this restaurant and ordered a roasted chicken with two side dishes. I waited more than 30 minutes and the order never arrived. During that time, no member of the staff came to the table to give an explanation or check on the order.
I understand that sometimes food can take longer than expected, but the minimum is to inform the customer or provide some kind of attention. In the end, I decided to leave the place without receiving the food, and no one from the restaurant said anything.
Unfortunately, my experience was very poor due to the complete lack of service and customer attention.
