Stayed the night at Embassy and wound up grabbing dinner at Tatum’s. Atmosphere is pretty casual typical hotel off-lobby restaurant, nothing to write home about, but the service was excellent and my meal was very good! I ordered the Carne Asada power bowl and was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Fresh roasted corn and multi-color peppers. Quality skirt steak marinated and grilled to medium rare perfection served over lime rice with black beans. It was most definitely far from average and I would definitely order it again. Excellent meal!
