Not authentic Peruvian food, tasted like straight up cheap Panda Express quality, the service was good though but I will not be returning.

The food may not be “authentic” but it is good and delicious. Very similar to a Panda Express experience. The service is also good.

Delicious Peruvian Chifa cuisine! One could call it an affair akin to Panda Express based on the cafeteria-style serving counter, but it’s far more elevated; the food has unique and complex flavors that set it apart from other quick-service stalls in the food court. The best part is that it’s fairly familiar to an Asian palate yet different enough to be a whole new experience.

Some other reviewers must mistaken about the so-called authenticity since this place specifically serves Peruvian-Chinese fusion, which is in fact a legitimate cuisine rarely brought out of Peru. I feel there aren’t enough restaurants specializing in Chifa within the area, let alone around the entire world; more restauranteurs need to dig into this untapped culinary gold mine!

Give this place a shot! Lomo Saltado is usually $20! 11$ for their plates is a deal! A little less spicy than I’m used to but great bang for your buck! Steak was tender as well
