Man never again I called my order in on a Thursday afternoon. So my mother got my food for me thinking my wings were going to be good like last time. Mind you my mom told me not to get food from there. I was planning to get food from somewhere else. So I got my food. I got a 10 piece all flat CRISPY honey bbq with fries combo. The wings were raw with sauce on them not CRISPY at all I was extremely pissed. The fries was ok but the most important thing was the chicken I was disappointed. it’s always good to listen to your first choice.

I have been coming here for years receiving GREAT food and customer service by previous manager. Management has changed to a young lady that has horrible horrible customer service extremely long wait time. It saddens my heart that I have put in money into this small business for years to be treated so horribly now. I traveled 47 mins each time ONE WAY trip. When I asked for corporate information the young lady replied it’s no corporate I am the manager. Refuse to give me her name. My heart is so broken me and my kids enjoyed this spot so much. Please bring the old management back

The food itself, while the wings were very small, they did have good flavor. Unfortunately that is where the positives end… The ambiance makes me feel like im in line at Walmart. The owner was horrendously rude and even yelled at one customer waiting on a take out order, then yelled at me for using a (44 oz) stanely rather the Styrofoam cup she isn’t I though into a landfill. To top all of it off, she charged me a whopping $38 for just $25 worth of food… It was a very unpleasant experience all the way around. Then she has the audacity to get an attitude with me on google after I called her out for her unacceptable behavior. She also told me that my side was a “small upcharge,” I fail to see how $5 per person is a “small upcharge.” On top of all that, she took to lying to discredit my review…

I ordered online despite the reviews. I was desperate to try a new wing spot to try and I saw how the wings looked on tiktok like “dang they look good”! So I placed my order. I got the 6piece honey mustard/extra crispy and a 10piece combo medium/ extra crispy. Waited for the order was super nervous I’d be disappointed but the food came and it looked good. Wings tasted super good. I just wished my fries had salt on them but other than that . I will be ordering again!

I ordered a crawfish boil online, BIGGEST MISTAKE. I arrived about 20 mins after I placed my order, had to wait another 10-15 mins to get it. She didn’t show me the bag like they normally do, but I didn’t think anything of it. Get home, open my food and it’s literally 11 crawfish in the boil! My corn was still cold! It’s literally a HALF OF A HALF piece of sausage, and two SMALL red potatoes. I PAID $20 for NOTHING! Literally. I use to come here all the time for seafood boils, NEVER AGAIN.

I really hate to write bad reviews, and to be honest I did not go here to eat today. I had been walking my granddaughter to different stores while her other grandmother was getting her eyes checked. We were in game stop and I needed to use the restroom, they politely said they didn’t have a public restroom, but to go next door to this restaurant. Well I’ve been to this place many many times (love the Philly Cheesesteak) and my boyfriend works right down from here visits often. I walked in and headed for the bathroom and the old lady at the register asked me what I was doing, I said just using your restroom. She screamed “you no eat, you get out”. Restrooms are for customers only”. Very rude, very hateful….. But I can tell you, there will be 2 less customers you will ever have to worry about using your bathroom…..so sorry for the imposition I caused you and your business, but I promise it won’t happen again.

First of all, the wings are the size of pigeons and fried so hard there is no meat on them, not to mention all the feathers I had on them. We received 3 tartar PACKETS for 4 pieces of fish, we asked for extra which we did not receive, the lady at the counter looked at us like we asked for money or something. AND they serve the CHEAPEST condiments they can find. BAD service, BAD food, BAD condiments and overall BAD experience. Our office used to order from here on a regular for lunch but haven’t been in quite sometime due to similar experiences. We tried it again and it’s gotten worse. WE WILL NOT EVER RETURN!!!!
