Ordered a Combination plate. Was supposed to come with a tostada. They served me a fried corn tortilla that only had quest cheese on and below it. When I asked what it was they said it was a tostada. I asked for something else and exchanged it for a burrito with a little bit of lettuce on top that the manager himself “cooked” or overcooked. The burrito was semi burnt and lettuce was piled high. Was my first and last experience there. The food was bland and not worth it at all. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food continue your search elsewhere!

Very good service, fast and friendly. I really like the tortilla soup. They even have a jalapeño puree to make your food spicy if you want too. Definitely recommend trying this place.

Nasty cold food. No flavor and they had all their Christmas decoration up haha. Understaffed. But nasty food. Bathrooms were disgusting too

“Casa” as people of EC always shorten it to is a staple of El Campo. Both of my sisters have had their rehearsal dinners here. I’ve been to countless birthdays, baby showers, holidays parties and even after-funeral receptions. Richard is kind and wonderful in the kitchen. You’ll fall in love with the red sauce. The salsa is just right when some tortilla chips… oh and on your refried beans… and your enchiladas… need I say more. A lot of people buy it by the styrofoam cup or even gallon. Wonderful good and great ownership!

Food wasn’t to good, the waiter seem to forget about us after serving us our food.. the dining area was so quiet.. can literally hear others eating. The queso dip and chips were the only best thing I ate to be honest. Place seems depressing..

Stumbled across this place today and my oldest son and I were blown away with how good the food was and the homemade red and green salsa!

Oh! This is my go-to place for the chicken/cheese enchiladas with a generous portion of guacamole. I drive from Wharton to El Campo just to order this simple, homemade, yummy food. The Staff being friendly and attentive is another big reason why it’s an enjoyable dinner experience for me.
