They had a sign outside the door for Shrimp Broil. It was more than I wanted to pay for some quick food but it looked good. What I got was literally a plastic bag of soup with the Shrimp Broil in it, tied in a knot, double bagged, and handed to me in a brown bag, inside yet another plastic bag. When I said I intended to eat it there he looked at me in near detest and handed me a Styrofoam container to put it in myself. I sat down annoyed only to realize there was no utensils to eat it with. I went back to the counter and asked he hands me two plastic forks. Then as I started to take the stuff from the bag, the cook came out to watch… obviously they’d never seen anyone do this. This was the craziest thing and worst service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Anyway, as I started to eat, I realized they also gave me no napkins with this bag’o’trash. I went back again for the look of detest to get some. The taste was barely fair. Because it was literally soup and in no way what was in the sign, everything was bland except the sausage. It’s as if it never once occurred to them Shrimp Broil is NOT A SOUP!!!!! I will never return to this dump. The tables were dirty and the entire time I was eating, the guy behind the counter was playing on his phone whenever they weren’t busy.

Placed an order for 40 wings via phone received email stating order was ready for pickup got to establishment waited in line for 20 minutes then was told they never received my order and I could wait anotherv20 minutes until they were ready
The clerk was rude and when I asked to speak to manager or get a discount things got a little out of hand! The order would have been $46. I called today to speak to manager was told not there would not be in maybe tomorrow no personality need lesson in customer service! Will not go there again!

Definitely one of my favorite places in Florence to grab wings.
The wings are always fresh and hot, delicious.
The fry’s could be cooked a little bit longer (can ask for them to)
I haven’t tried anything else, but it isn’t very expensive.
Usually the people on the cash register seem.. preoccupied with other things.. that’s all I will say.
Other than that, it is great :))

Dirty place. Lady on the the register was on the phone. Food wasn’t good at all. Small wings. The fries were hot so it wasn’t a total loss. I threw the plate away.

I read the other reviews AFTER I ate here… So my two cents: I ordered the hot honey mustard wings. VERY good. They are small, which I absolutely prefer over wings that work out at planet fitness. Can’t stand huge chicken wings. The sub was dry but still tasty. It looked very promising. And don’t expect 5 star treatment at the register; but the food was prepared very quickly

Ate here today for like the 3rd time all the other times food and experience had been good today not so much . A few house keeping things if your cashiers are opening the food boxes they need to have their hair pulled all the way up. One of the cashiers is always rude like she hates that she is there not the girl with the pink hair. Today I ordered a Philly chicken with fries and wings. Wings have always been on point. My sandwich was steak and not chicken . The cashier said let me see and then the owner grabbed it with his bare hands that should of gone in the trash while eating o noticed my sandwich still had steak in and and the bun had the juice from steak all on it . I couldn’t help but to think that they used the same bun after others had touched my food I threw my food away and left . I get I could of eaten at home but that’s my business if you are going to have a business do things the right way we have had our own business for 21 years as well so I know the food service industry .

The hot honey wings are great. I go once a week. The food is always fresh. The cashier is always on her phone and looking like she hate to see people come in. . The lady that is the owner is always pleasant.

I went in today because I see a now hiring peoce of paper on the door .i didn’t even get to finish asking if they hiring . He shut me down with a quickness smh ♀️ very rude I would have given them a zero but otherwise I will not be going back there for any services
