What a great surprise. We are from Montreal which has a variety of great Thai restaurants, so we came with a lot of skepticism about the 4.9 rating given to this place in Littleton, NH. Boy were we nicely surprised. They nail every Thai dish with the balance of perfect authentic flavors, amount of protein and freshness of ingredients. They have 6 levels of spicy in their food, we took the medium 3 because we ate spicy food often, the heat is serious so don’t underestimate their levels and start with 2 if unsure.

I am sitting here now (8/26/2023). I was told I can sit wherever I like and then each place told no, finally choosing to sit in the back. I do not like noise and the have a quiet location right inside the outer door, which is where I wanted to sit, so I can watch the comings and goings and have quiet, while enjoying what I hope will be good food. The excuse given is there is only one server so they will forget me. The seating is right in front of the counter.

Wow, what a great stop. My husband had the mango curry, and I had Thai basil, one of the best meals I have had in a while. Beautiful and so tasteful!! Definitely need to make the stop if you haven’t!! You won’t be disappointed!!

This is a new favorite restaurant. I cannot say enough about this place. My husband found it on our way to another restaurant and decided to pull over and try it. It did not disapoint. We had the spring roll appetizer. I had chicken fried rice and my husband had pad thai with shrimp. We drank matcha with our meal. The food and tea was amazing. We have plenty of leftovers. The price is very reasonable. Our waitress was very informative and respectful. I asked her about the orchid in our dishes and she verified that orchids are edible. I never knew that. She showed her respect while we were seated and as we left. She bowed with her hands touching, fingers touching her nose. I looked this up and it is called ‘wai’. This is an indication of respect.
